M&L for testing of fire hydrant system by checking serviceability of water pressure, hydrant valve, pumps, wheel, spindle assembly, coupling, assembly with lug, canvas hose, MS pipe, brass nozzle, pressure gauge etc at each floor complete all specified and directed of the following building locations:- Bldg No P-226, P-227, P-228, P-229, P-265, P-231, P-230, Offr Ward bldg, Airmen Mess, P-266, P-267, P-164, P-165, P-166, P167, P-223, P-224 and P-225. Note:- The contractor shall be responsible to carry out check & serviceability state of each fire fighting / fire alarm system whenever directed to ensure serviceabilty and effectiveness of the complete system for which contractor shall maintain a register of serviceability / maintenance record / certificate duly signed by contractor and concerned JE E/M, Engineer-in-Charge and user.

S&F in replacement of electronic motor protection relay having overload, earth fault, locked rotor, single phasing, phase sequence protection of size 16 to 44 A, three phase, 415V, fixed on existing fire pump starter panel and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 8 zone fire alarm panel with audio visual indication suitable for operating on 230 Volt, AC / 24 Volt, DC supply with solid state electric having conventional modular type one zone per card complete with all connections and testing the panel on every zone complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of power contactor, continous current rating 40 amp, 3 phase, 4 Pole, 440 V, on existing fire pump control panel complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of push switch with NO/NC auxilary contacts, rated 230 V, 6 A complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of LED indicator rated 230 V, fixed in existing starter panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for power supply SMPS of rating 24 V, 5/6.5 Amps for fire alarm panel including connection on existing control panel and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of rubber gasket for pipe flange/pump connections as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of motor of any make with enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, providing insulating materials such as fibre glass, tape, varnishing, heating up the assembling incl replacement of bearings/bushes by using hydraulic press, commissioning complete testing to full load complete all as specified and directed including dismantling & taking to work shop and bring back after repair and re-fixing complete all as specified & directed for the following capacities :-

M&L for De-watering, removing all mosses, algae and dirt from internal walls, floors & mouths of pipes of RCC overhead tanks (Fire tanks) for OH Fire tank upto 5000 litres capacity by using steel wire brush and cleaning with high pressure industrial vacuum cleaner including removing of dirty water completely using sludge pump set and disposing off the same to a safe distance and applying of anti bacterial sterilization spray to internal surfaces using Zero bacterial compound (Sodium hypochlorite) or equivalent approved chemical complete and writing the date of cleaning on outside of tank using synthetic enamel paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 50mm height x 50mm breadth complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No 1 to 52.00 :- (a) In case of any breakdown of motor or pumps or any connected items of fire fighting / fire alarm items become faulty, the contractor shall locate the problem / fault at site within 24 hours on intimation by JE / Engineer-In-Charge within 24 hours and ensure that the fault rectification within 24 Hours on locating the fault, failing which an amount Rs 300.00 per hour shall be recovered as penality from contractor dues after expiry of 24 hours. (b) The contractor shall be responsible for all spares / items as applicable.Those has been purchased from original manufacturers / auth distributor / dealer only shall be submitted to department while claiming payments. (c) The contractor shall be responsible to carry out check of all the fire fighting / fire alaram system at least once in month to ensure serviceabilty and effectiveness of the complete system round the clock 24X7 for which a maintenance record duly signed by contractor and JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge seperately to be maintained.
