SH-I: WLD (WATER LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of addressable Main water leak detection panel operating on 1 Phase, 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply with sufficient battery backup, suitable for 32 Sensor interface module (SIM), with provision of event logging facility, LCD display, having interface with water leak detection modules and compatible with BMS i/c built-in audible sounder and one Common Hooter Output with suitable size M. S. powder coated enclosure etc. complete as per required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of water leak Sensor interface module (SIM) operating on 1 Phase, 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply from main panel or local supply, suitable for sensing water leak detection from linear leak detection cable, with provision of LCD display, RS 485 for communication with Main water leak detection panel, built-in audible sounder and one Common Hooter Output with suitable size M. S. powder coated enclosure etc as per attached specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of addressable water leak detection sensing Cable i/c connectors, branch connectors and end connector and distance tag at interval of 5 meters (complete as per manufacturer recommendation as required) with fixing of sensing cable with suitable with hold on clips and adhesives etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 1.1 KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable of the following size on wall / the existing MS tray (with saddles) & end termination of cable with glands/lugs etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of hooter for water leak detection system suitable for operation on 24 Volt DC supply etc complete as required.

SH‐II: RODENT REPELLENT SYSTEM

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Main Rodent Controller suitable for operation on 1 Phase 230 Volt, 50 Hz supply, with auto tuning capability of connecting 24 Satellites per console in individual cable to transducer, LCD display, with on-board controls for generating frequencies from 20Khz to 60 KHz, including all accessories such as stand/rack etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Transducer / Satellite Station as per specifications / relevant standards covering a minimum 300 sq. ft area above false ceiling & below false flooring and minimum 500 sq. ft area below false ceiling including all accessories etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia heavy duty FRLS PVC pipe along with all accessories such as couplers, long bends, Tees etc on wall / MS tray etc complete as required.

Supplying & Laying Standard 2 core, (14/40) SWG multi-stranded flexible CT wires for connectivity between the transducers and the main rodent controller suitable for rodent repellent system through existing PVC conduit i/c connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing of following size of perforated powder coated M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders / fixing on surface of wall /floor including bolts & nuts, painting i/c minor civil works etc as required.

SH‐III: ACS (ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM)

SITC of microcontroller / microprocessor based access controller suitable for 4 doors and 8 readers with TCP/IP compatibility i/c built in power supply unit (PSU), additional Inputs /Auxiliary outputs and all accessories suitable for connecting of card readers & electromagnetic locks etc. with suitable size MS powder coated enclosure with tamper protected casing. The access controller should be integrated with the analog addressable fire alarm system for operation. The DOTL (Door Open Too Long) Alarm shall be generated by the control panel as per settable timing. All accessories should be as per the specification and CE/ UL / EN listed etc. complete as required.

Biometric Finger Cum Card Print Reader: SITC of Biometric finger reader having inbuilt smartcard readers with pin pad complete with enclosure, protective cover to avoid scratching with all accessories as per relevant standards. The reader log data should be transferred to server on real time basis. The reader should be capable for communication between controller and electromagnetic locks with suitable TCP / IPs and RS 485 interface etc. complete as required.

SITC of Electromagnetic Lock of 1200 lbs holding force for double leaf door suitable for operating with 12 / 24 V DC power supply i/c providing Green / Red LED indication with built-in door monitor status as per the specification / relevant standards. The electromagnetic lock should be capable for communication with reader with suitable TCP / IPs and RS 485 interface etc. complete as required.

Supply & installation of Aluminium body Exit push button complete with connection etc. complete as required.

Supplying of HID proximity smart card with card holder for existing card reader but without printing of card etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia FRLS PVC pipe along with accessories such as couplers, long bends on wall / MS tray etc complete as required.

Supplying & Laying of CAT-6, 4 pair UTP cable through existing PVC conduit i/c connection etc. complete as required.

Supply & installation of licensed Access Management software and Attendance Software for 100 employees which should be upgradable. The software should be capable of seamlessly integration between all the devices and should have GUI system. The supplier should provide updated version of software whenever upgraded / required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Enrolment biometric reader complete with all accessories and enclosure etc. as per relevant specifications / standards as required.

Supplying and installing of following size of perforated powder coated M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders / fixing on surface of wall /floor including bolts & nuts, painting i/c minor civil works etc as required.
