Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches , pillers etc all as specified and directed

Dismantling , floor hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding (but not backing ) removing seviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as sepecified.

S&F 350 x 450 x 6 to 7 mm thick coloured ceramic tiles 1st quality) as on vertical surface set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white / coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of Each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm , in floors etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm , in floors etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of flooring including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall (plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features by brooming down smoke, soot moulds and efflorescent salt and trading oil or greasy spots by brush,sand paper /mechanical means, surface to be repaired if required by filling wall care putty in holes /depressions etc to obtain uniform surface and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Rates are inclusive for scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc for working upto four storey all as specified and directed. 2. All colour shall be factory made and no pigment to be used to make the desired shade at site.

M& L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coats of weather proof paint (exterior acrylic emulsion Paint )using hand roller over one coat of water based white pigment alkali resistant priming paint on facia, cornices, chajjas and balcony etc includding all necessary arrangement such as scaffolding / working platform for execution of work upto four storey building etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Rates are inclusive for scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc for working upto four storey all as specified and directed. 2. All colour shall be factory made and no pigment to be used to make the desired shade at site. Make:- Apex shine of Asian Paint or anti dust of Berger or mica marble of nerolac or equivalent make as appoved by GE.

M& L for writing letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high by using of synthetic enamel paint including white enamal paint on base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface by of wall (plastered or unplastered) including cornices pillasters and other wall features by brooming down smoke, soot moulds and efflorescent salt and trading oil or greasy spots,surface to be repaired if required by filling putty in holes/depressions to obtain uniform surface and applying one coat of white wash including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders etc for working upto four storey all as specified and directed.
