NOTE FOR ALL PAINITNG ITEMS :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor during execution of work :- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers. (iii) Before applying cement base paint/weather proof acrylic emulsion paint contractor shall use the wire brush for the removal of loose paint, dust, algae, moss and filling of crack using crack sealent and cleaning of surface by spray jet. (iv) Application of cement base paint strictly done by spray/mechanical spray machine only, otherwise 30% cost shall be reecovered from the respective item. (v) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. (d) Safety head gear, gloves, apron, shoes and safety glasses should be wear while carrying out the painting works. (e) The scafolding shall be having ease of access for inspection purpose.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, stone wall and concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water at any heights by using necessary equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick /concrete or dubbed surface in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separetely

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) filling of cracks if any, holes and dents are includes in the same rates (ii) Proper curing with water to be done before and after application of 1st coat. (iii) height upto 4 Storey

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

(d) Re-fixing the tank with fitting as required in same position or raised/lower height after cleaning of water (as may necessary) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste ; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x355mm x165mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for filling broken brick bats not exc 63mm as in sunken portion including grouting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (a) First layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer, modified cementitous composite compound at the rate 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 04 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer, modified cementitous composite compound at the rate of 0.126 Kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (c) The rate include aration of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe and masonry within polymer mixed slurry. (d) This treatment shall be provided after provision of cement plaster mixed with WPC and synthetic fibres while concrete is still green. (e) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesive shall be provided over above treatment.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring including finishing the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 50mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair wall mounted pull it aluminium clothes drying system with L angle 31" for 4 pipe system with length of each pipe 5 ft (1.53m). i.e total lenth is 20ft (6.12m) complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Easy Dry or technocommercially equivalent.
