Fabrication of Sign Board 2 mtrs. X 1.5 mtrs. X 3 mtrs. height of the SPS including cutting of angle, sheet, hinges and providing /fixing of new Hinges, angle and sheet as per site requirement. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Fixing and grouting the fabricated sign board at both sites including civil work. This work also includes painting of whole sign board with navy blue colour and write pump house all basic details as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling of existing damaged MS gate at C - Block School Dilshad Garden SPS and main gate of C - Block Park Dilshad Garden SPS cutting of angle, sheet etc. by heavy manual labour and appropriate tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Fabrication of MS gate of size 3.2 feet X 7 feet made by 50X50X6mm M.S. angle for choukhat and gate made by 40 X 40 X 6mm M.S angle, 35X6mm M.S flat and 2mm thick M.S sheet work including dismantling of existing gate by cutting gas cuter and fixing new gate with civil work. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Fixing and grouting of fabricated MS gate at both site in RCC wall using angle as required by cutting, welding, civil work by heavy manual labour as per direction of engineer in charge. This work also includes painting of gate as per direction.

Fabrication of MS ladder of size 5 Mtr long and 0.6 Mtr width made of MS angle of size 65X65X6mm and step is made of MS angle of size 50X50X5mm which is 1 ft apart from their adjacent angle i.e., 16 Nos. of horizontal MS angles attached complete with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. complete in all respect for step up on roof of pump house. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Fixing of M.S. ladder to the wall of chamber as well as on ground with civil work complete in all respect as per site requirements on both sites.

Supply of Aluminium frame, ultra-compact foldable telescoping ladder of size 5 Mtr. (16.5 ft). Super quality alloy aluminium-built ladder, non-slip rubber angled feet to protect floor surface. Each section of ladder in 1.5 ft increments. Dimensions when fully extended: Height- 500 cm X Width- 47 cm X 8 cm for maintenance purpose.

Strengthening of M.S. Base frame of size 1.4 Mtr X 0.9 Mtr by cutting/removing of damaged part with the help of gas cutter and manual labour and fixing of new M.S. Channel heavy duty as per required shape and size. This also includes primer and painting of base frame as required. Work carried out at C - Block Park Dilshad Garden SPS.

Fabrication and fixing of Coupling Guard of suitable size as per requirement of M.S sheet & Angle iron for 25 HP pump set at both sites

Providing/fixing of water storage tank of capacity 500 Liter at both above mentioned site with pipe fittings and 20 mm gun metal gate valves with the help of manual labour, tool & tackles. Make -water storage tank: -Sheetal/ Supreme/Ganga /Any DJB approved. Pipe fittings: - ISI mark.
