Dismantling and lowering down of old rusted top plate/roof sheet made out of 3.15mm thick mild sheet from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging carefully without making any damage to other members after necessary unscrewing bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing of mild steel top plate/roof sheet 3.15mm thick made to required shape and drilling necessary holes for fixing of bolts & nuts and fixed on existing pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging including necessary wire mesh jaly as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but fixing only after properly cleaning with the help of wire brush

Dismantling and lowering down pressed steel side plates of size 1.22m x 1.22m following thickness from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging, carefully without damage to other members after necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts, washers etc including separating serviceable side plates and kept in safe custody for reuse in the same work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - "Cost of making of staging for repairing of HT PS tank included"

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing of new pressed steel side plate of 1.22mx1.22m, made to required shape and drilling necessary holes for fixing for fixing of bolts and nuts in existing pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 6 mm thick.

Fixing only old serviceable pressed steel side plate of size 1.22mx1.22m obtained from item No 04 here-in-before with nuts, bolts and washers in existing pressed steel water tank after proper cleaning with the help of wire brush on 40 feet staging complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of joints of plates in position by loosing the jointing bolts,unscrewing jointing materials such as lead wire/tapes, lead wool gasket, bituminous compound and replacing with new matching made bolts, buts, washers bituminous compound suitable for potable water and MS cleats wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing water level indicator comprising of CI float oval type 250mm dia at centre, MS pulley of 150mm dia, mild steel indicators of suitable size peRmanently marked stranded stainless steel rope of 10mm dia and 08m long including connection and accessories required for smooth functioning and testing on completion all complete including dismantling unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and lowering down mild steel tie bar made out of angle iron size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm and 2.00 metre long Each from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging without any damage to other members with necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts and washers and complete as specified and directed.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing mild steel tie bars made out of angle iron of size 65mmx65mmx6mm and 3.00 metre long Each and drilling necessary holes, for fixing of bolts & nuts in existing pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging complete as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable tie bars obtained from item No 09 above duly cleaned all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel machine made nut and bolt 16-20 mm dia and not exceeding 5 cm long nuts and bolts with washers for fixing of steel plates, tie bars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel machine made nut and bolt 11-15 mm dia and not exceeding 5 cm long nuts and bolts with washers for fixing of steel plates, tie bars etc complete all as specified and directed.

All As per item no-13 Fixing only serviceable nuts, bolts and washers obtained from dismantled items for fixing of pressed steel plates, tie bar, roof sheets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing leak proof materials comprising of lead wire, lead wood and black putty in existing pressed steel tanks to ensure water tightness after taking out old existing jointing materials by burning with blow lamps and cleaning and jointing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ‘T’ Clit/’L’ made out of mild steel plate any size of Each from pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging without any damage to other members with necessary unscrewing of bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, errection, hoisting and fixing of ‘T’ clit/”L” clit made out of MS plate of 8 mm thick Each with necessary drilling of holes for fixing of bolts, nuts and washers in existing pressed steel water tanks on 40 feet staging complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing vertical 100mm bore GI pipe with all fittings (inner, outlet, washout pipes) from PS over head tank and fixed to water tanks after disconnecting the same from the tank and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from inside of pipe, cleaning and removing the old screw threads and providing the new jointing materials and other fixing accessories (after carrying out necessary repair and painting of water tanks as stated under relevant items here-in-before) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of internal surface of 50,000 gallon capacity RCC overhead reservoir of 18 metre high staging by scraping with wire brushes, rubbing down scale, birt, sludge etc and washing with clear water using bleaching powder/costic soda and taking all rubbish from the reservoir and removing from the reservoir and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 mtr.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but 30,000 gallons capacity.

Applying one coat of cement base paint on 18 metre high RCC staging and external surface of 50000 gallon capacity RCC over head reservoir including preparation of surface complete.(Note :- Cost of staging/working platform invoived shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted).

All as per item No 21 here-in-before but 30000 gallons capacity.

Cleaning of internal surface of 10,000 gallon capacity RCC UG reservoir of by scraping with wire brushes, rubbing down scale, birt, sludge etc and washing with clear water using bleaching powder/costic soda and taking all rubbish from the reservoir and removing from the reservoir and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 mtr.

Taking out old existing galvanised iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and fittings for re-use in the work and removing unserviceable pipes and fittings from site complete all as specified and directed for 100/80 mm bore of pipes:-

M & L for preparation of painted steel surfaces (inside surfaces of water tank) by removing all foreign particles from steel surfaces and cleaning thoroughly the surfaces and complete drying the surfaces and applying black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose in pressed steel water tank on 40 feet staging complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One coat on old surface over a coat of primer

(b) Two coats on new surface over a coat of primer

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces of water tank (out side surfaces of replaced pressed steel sheets and tie bars and angle irons) and priming with red oxide primer and applying synthetic enamel paint with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One coats on old surface

(b) Two coats on new surface

M & L for writing the letters "PS TANK CAP 45000 Ltrs" and " SAVE WATER" on the tank having 40 feet staging with white synthetic paint on front side and "MES" on other side. Size of letter shall not be less than 40 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron sluice valve heavy duty (PN-1) with brass spindle and iron wheel head conforming to IS-14846 flanged both ends and including all jointing materials required viz rubber gasket 3mm thick, bots, nuts and washers etc complete including dismantling unserviceable one all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes:-

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 80 mm bore

M & L Valve, reflux (NRV) with by-pass arrangement supplied and installed complete of size 100 mm (4") dia.

M & L for construction of valve pit of following internal size 90cmX90cmX90cm with one brick thick brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC foundation 15cm thick (1:4:8) type D-2 with 15cm offsets, PCC copping 5 cm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), 40X40X6mm angle iron frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement including painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary excavation and earth work including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work for sign board of size 18 feet x2.95 feet made out of mild steel black sheet 2.0 mm thick cut to size including welding to join the sheet with mild steel squere Bars 25x25 mm on all sides top and bottom with screw end to facilitate hanging of mild steel sheet on 2 nos GI tubing post of height 5 meter from ground including applying 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surface.

S & F Aviation yellow painted die-cast aluminium alloy housing, red coloured polycarbonate dome and accessories.

M& L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc 25x 4 mm galvanised iron strip

Supply and fixing in repairs Air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on copper strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high all as specified and directed.

M & L for aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddle and insulator for lightning conductor for overhead reservoircomplete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair sign board for installation of size 1 mtr x 0.80 mtr made of ACP sheet with retrofit radium sheet, two Nos of ACP sheet fixed parallel to each other with gap of 20 mm and rest on square shape MS made of sheet 3.00 mm thick square type 2 mtr long two NO leg including radium paint compete in blue colour and making the name of installation, place,under which sub division in white colour with white square border on the both side of plate with grouting and made PCC (1:2:4) foundation by 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 0.50x0.50x0.75 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for layout plan/Schematic diagram board of external electrification and external water supply layout plan board of Pump house No 1 and 2 Supply fabrication printing erection of multicoloured outdoor Digital glow sign type layout plan board of size 3mx2m with all required electriacal accessories for lighting and writing/drawing details complete all as directed with all the following specification (a) Hi Flex as base medium (b) Solvent ink 4 pass multicolour Digital prining/digital cutting of vinyil and pasting on Hi flex (c) 20 mm MS square tubing frame including 20mm alum breeding all aroung GI sheet 16 guage box for housing tubes etc with backlite front side (d) Necessery Lighting arrangement with fittings.

M & L for preparation of PS Tank Pipe lines two coat of exterior weatherproof emulsion paint with proper colour coding of all raising main & delivery including valves & pumps with suitable arrow marking as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Auto Level Controller (Model ALC MK-I) including probe unit, five stage magnectic sensors concealed in SS casing of required length, controlling box including system incoporate with stage signal , high and low level alarm, pump automation etc. all complete as specfied and directed.

PVC insulated 1100 volts grade 2 core 6 Sqmm heavy duty cable aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed for aviation light/glow sign board including testing complete. (Make :- PLAZA OR EQUIVALENT)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor n exc.15 cm thickness complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base etc finishing cement concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
