Improvement of upper colony road of Samal Barrage Township.

Loosening,levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to adepth of 150mm , mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and Clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for road and Bridge works (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance and royalty of materials labour, cess etc complete asper the direction by Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials, labour, cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete of M15 grade with 40mm and downgraded granite course aggregates with sharp sand of quality for concrete lining of canal including cost of all materials, cost of all labour, cess, machineries, compacting with space vibrator and finishing the conc. surface as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying PCC M-20 grade with 20mm downgraded C.B.H.G chips with all cost,carriage, royality etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for plain C.C/R.C.C works including removing the same after specified days of casting with cost of all labour,T&P etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm/16mm thick joint filler (Bitumenous expansion joint board I.S.I) in position including cost, carriage, royalty etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Unit=RM)

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP 63:2018.
