Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged corroded M.S Pipe with new one of M.S Struct 25mmx25mmx3.2mm square Hallow Box section medium weight including if neededdismantling the masonry wall and fixing the M.S Hallow Box section in position with necessary welding on guset plate fixed in a wall, including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and finally painting two coats of SEP over a primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged broken corroded Zincoated sheet 0.47 mm thick including (PPGI sheet) including cost of self tapping screws, bitumen washers cutting the sheet if found necessary during erection etc,. complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling quarry stone dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Relaying the inter locked blocks with the same inter locked blocks Over a sand cushion and laying the inter locked blocks in true and straight alignment with gradient and pointing neatly using quarry dust or Fly ash and pointing neatly hire charges for vibrator machine including diesel Consumption charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work

Clearing the Manhole chamber including removal of silt and slush and conveying the same to out side the compound after the dry condition of silt and slusg etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
