REPAIRS TO ROOF LEAKAGE SEEPAGE AND CEILING OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT AF STATION UNDER GE AF JORHAT.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for and M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply a uniform coat of primer @ 0.40 Kg/sqm over concrete surface. (b) Applying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm with 160gm/sqm non woven polyster made at center core reinforced laid with 75mm side overlap and 100mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlapped sealed and finished neat. (c) Applying a coat of bonding material with hot blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (d) Preparation of new APP surface of roof and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over the membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) as in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based (Trapezoidal shaped) steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw including making good the broken gable wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings /cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2 mm thick, of any colour with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surfaces incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering to external surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishsed even and smooth (without using extra cement ) including uprooting/cutting of vegetation growth (maximum height upto three stories) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for rendering to internal surfaces 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats fof oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as approved (Two coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation , etc) or insulation boards/slab / blanket , any thickness cover fillets, including snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber frame work / aluiminium with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No 16 above but except board (any thickness ), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size (605 x 605) mm for false ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hangers 6mm dia G.I. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/purlin/rafter etc by means of ceiling cleats/fastner etc made out of GI flat (40x3) mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F false ceiling19mm thick perforated ceiling board with regular edge (60x60) cm over and including GI Armstrong grid prelude XL 24 mm grid main runner height 37mm and secondary runner height 30mm including 2.6mm/2.8mm GI wire suspenders of suitable length as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F false ceiling of plain gypsum board of size 600mmx600mmx12mm thick and frame made out of MSGI BPS grade , angle 24mm x24mmx0.43mm, 'T' section 24mmx25mmx0.30mm and main runner 'T' section 24mmx38mmx0.35mm complete with angle fixed to wall with rawl plug 100mm long of maximum 600mm c/c , hanging with 2.50/3.00 mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed to ceiling with 80mm long rawl plug providing 1 No per Sqm complete with painting two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer and preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality as in main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails etc and guides for sliding door with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new or untreated surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 25 to 32 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

Supply & fixing mild steel tubes of size 15mm bore (medium grade) galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28, here-in-before but fixing only old tubes of 15mm bore and connections in new or old position including necessary fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel tubes of size 20 mm bore (medium grade) galvanised with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30, here-in-before but fixing only old tubes of 20mm bore and connections in new or old position including necessary fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel tubes of size 25 mm bore (medium grade) galvanised with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32, here-in-before but fixing only old tubes of 25mm bore and connections in new or old position including necessary fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, roof treatment , cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs ball valves suitable for 15 mm bore iron pipe high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (minimum weight 142 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs stop valves CP Brass fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe 15mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe 20mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
