Repair and Renovation of PWD IB at Paralakhemundi in the district of Gajapati.

Dismantling 2.50 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab including cleaning the roof surface and lowering and removing the debris with 50m lead including cost of all labour, Labour CESS and T&P. etc required to complete the work in all respect, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 4.00 cm thick grading concrete(1:2:4) using 12 mm and down grade size HG Chips and screened & washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry and finished smooth, including watering and curing for the required period including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 6mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment using good quality screened and washed river sand, including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge .

Removing old cement/lime plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with in 50m lead including cost of all labour, Labour CESS and T&P. etc required to complete the work in all respect, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge .

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Super structure using Fly ash bricks of (23x11x8cm) size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance + 8 percent after immersing Bricks in water till saturation before use , including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering, corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P ,Scaffolding as required etc. complete in all respect as drawing and technical specifications and as per directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Finishing surfaces of walls & ceiling with cement based wall putty [ water based ] of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost , conveyance of all the materials ,including cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Painting the surface of the walls with one coat of wall primer(water based) of approved quality after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost , conveyance of all material, brushes, all labour, scaffolding, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing interior surfaces of walls with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade including preparation of the surface before applying , including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & painting exterior surfaces of walls with two coats of Weather seal coat paint of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade, after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
