The manufecturing/Construction work should be completedf as per the specification is given below. 1. 18 mm thick ( 300 mm wide & 550 mm long) single piece Solid mirandi wood plank will be used in the sitting and writing , back supporting on the desk who is free from any knot, any defect,moisture and well sesoned purly dry wooden material will be used after as per sample approved by college authority. 2. Before the installation of wooden plank in desk finished by all the applicable treatment like grinding , rubbing, smoothing,cleaning, finshing all completed as per direction of college authority. 3. The two coats of approved wooden primer should be apply on the all surfaces of the wooden work with grind, rubbing, cleanning all completed as per direction of college authority. 4.The two coats of approved enamel paint should be apply on the all surfaces of the wooden work with grind, rubbing, cleanning all completed as per direction of college authority. 5. The 25 mm square pipe and 1.5 mm thick (16 Guage ) M.S. Pipe should be used in desk with including cutting ,hosting,grinding,connecting by welding and nut bolt with finishing all completed as per direction of college authority. 6. The two coat of enamel paint approved make should be apply on whole work and parts of students desk with including finishing, cleaning all completed as per direction of college authority. 7. The all the material like , nut, bolt, warsher,pench ,gitti all type material used in student work is including not paid in extra. 8. The reffrence picture/design atteched with the tender Documents. 9. Providing and fixing of square foot Shoe in foot and PVC Caps fixed on hollow section of desk its made by rubber/plastic completed with finishing as per direction of college authority. 10. The Bidders Should be submit all the required material for approval of said material Before the starting of work by the college authority. 11. Minimum Quantity will be used in desk - Wooden Planks - 300mmX550mmX18mm - 2Nos 150mm X550mmX18mm -2 Nos and M.S. Pipe - 10 Meter (Approx) Size of Student Desk - 550mm X 900MM X750 MM
