Outsourcing services for operation and maintenance of water Pump House and Fire fighting system at ALG Tawang for smooth and trouble free operation of fresh water Pump House and Fire fighting system including minor repairs inside pump house and Fire fighting and fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as following :- Out Sourcing per shift of 08 Hrs : One FGM (Skilled), and Two Mate (FGM). These personnel shall perform the following operations and maintenances as appended below in shift duties:- Shift timings 1st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Attending major/minor breakdowns of water supply system and fire fighting system and rectify the same within the minimum possible time wherever and whenever directed by the Engineer -in-Charge and including incoming line from Chuje GG.

Checking conditions of pumps, motors and chlorination plants daily for safety of equipments

The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of log sheets, break down register,attendance register,duty roaster register, complaint register and cost of T &P for maint work, minor consumables such as grease, screws, washers, nails, Teflon tape, bolts, nuts etc for day to day maintenance and repairs.

Checking and maintenance of diesel engine driven main hydrant pump set of capacity 94 HP.

The contractor will ensure suitable replacement of FGM & Helper while on leave and holiday.

The contractor shall ensure that 01 No FGM (Skilled) and 02 Nos Mate (FGM) operator always be present in each shift.

The contractor shall be responsible to communicate the concerned JE/AGE /GE regarding any type of breakdown /fault within 10 minutes of the incident.

The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, out side bus bay yard , etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegetation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost.

One emergency light and necessary tools should always be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

The contractor shall provide protective clothing , helmet, and shoes to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is to be included in the unit rate of item.

Details of Equipments/Machinery/Plants Installations to be manned at Pump House

7.5 HP Centrifugal pump set-02 Nos

Auto bleaching powder dozer 50 ltr-01 No.

Liquid chlorine powder dozer 4 LPM -01 No.

Fire hydrant pump 55KW -01 No.

Electric Driven Jockey pump 9.3KW- 01 No

Diesel Engine driven main hydrant pump set 94 HP -01 No.

Note : Item No 1 consists of Ser No. 1.00 to 1.17.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of 400 KVA -02 Nos, 100 KVA -01 No. & 62.5 KVA stand by DG sets including minor repairs with all consumable items and minor spare parts (not major spares /assemblies / items) and periodical maintainence of diesel engine driven generating sets through "A" checks in shifts of 8 Hours in Two shifts round the clock including sundays and holidays at ALG Tawang all as specified and directed. Out Sourcing per shift of 08 Hrs : One FGM (Skilled) Shift timings :- 1st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Note for Item No.2:- (i) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building/ DG Set area, lawn, garden, outside the bay yard , hard standing , footpath etc in neat and clean position

(ii) The contractor shall provide dress – 01 Nos to all the electricians employed by him, the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rates

(iii) The DG Set if operated through a AMF panel the contractor shall ensure operation automatically within 2 seconds of supply failure.

(iv) Filling of acid and distilled water in battery whenever required for smooth running of Gen set is to be done by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be included.

(v) The operator shall maintain log sheet for DG set and record hourly reading of supply parameters and breakdown details as directed by Engr in charge.
