Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20 (12+8) mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% of weight of cement finished the surfaced even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note:-water proofing compound shall be measured paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade painting in camouflage pattern as approved by GE on external new wall surfaces including praparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound , ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade 'B' including cutting grooves complete all as specified and directed.

Steel rolling shutters with thickness of laths 1.25 mm with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed. Including taking down old rolling shutter and repair of any damages occur to the location to match with the existing surface

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness and in any position including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering with any number of wind tie complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing in repairs except sheeting including wind tie as per existing pattern with sheet obtained under srl item no 10 above. Note: The work has been carried out in the occupied building by the user. Due to climatic condition / location the sheet area removed in the day time will be coved by the new sheet on the same day or any other suitable covering materials to avoid any hindrance without any extra cost, also if any damage occurs to the existing structure will be repaired by the contractor upto the mark without any extra cost.

Supply & Fxing pre painted galvalume sheet trapezoidal profile (camouflage pettern) of effective width of 1000mm + 5% zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 1.00 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted / primed steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulatin etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets of any thickness including frame work with support from the existing structure without damages to surrounding structure of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for aluminium anodised snap grid frame work as in false ceiling with grid size (605mm x 605mm ) to support the boards / tiles with aluminium main Tee section of size 36.5mm x 22.3mm x 1.60 mm, cross Tee section of size 23.50 mm x 23.80 mm x 1.60mm and aluminium wall angle of size 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.60mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 6 mm dia GI hangers (upto required height ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs steel structure by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 mm x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified aqnd directed.

S & F for 4 mm thick non asbestos fiber cement building board fixed to aluminium frame work with screw as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying three coats of white wash on new undecorated surface of ceiling board complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old ceiling frame with boards and suspenders retrieved from Srl No 15 above in the same location / position without disturbing the existing structure.

M & L one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling board complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed ), trusses, crane gantries, purlines, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing ( beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section ) including distance pieces, cleats, brakets etc and conforming to grade Fe – 410-W (Grade-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel flat iron as in wind ties for roof sheets including securing bolts, drilling holes bolting or revetting etc conforming to grade Fe 290 (Grade-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not exc 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC insulated, unsheathed type, copper conductor, multistranded cable (FRLS Type), 1100 Volts grade (red colour cable for phase and black colour cable for neutral) including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor, multistranded cable (FRLS type) 1100 volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated ( green colour cable for earth wire) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly to be drawn through ERW concealed / surface conduit, medium grade of suitable size and making good to disturbed walls,floors complete including taking down old point wiring for re-wiring complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only for switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole, 230V complete including taking down old for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for CIMFR certified LED 1 X 16/20 watt, 230 Volts, 50 Hz flame proof batten fitting with and including single T8 tube of 16W/20W, recommended for Gas/Vapor group of llA & llB and zone 1& 2, IP 65 Protection and connection wire complete including taking down old for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only for sheet metal enclosure, MCB DB, double door, single pole & neutral, 8 way, 230 volts, 50 Hz with suitable bus bar, neutral link, earth link complete including taking down old for re- fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole, 230V complete including taking down old for schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole, 20 Amps, 230 volts, 10 KA, C series complete including taking down old for schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.
