Dismantling of floor of WC with Indian type Water closet and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken protion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditons, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (a) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (b) M&L for a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of Sika Top & Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fibre reinforcement Sika® Fab-I and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or Pidilite. (c) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with Sika ® Plastocrete plus as specified. (d) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (e) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed. (f) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 2.00 Sqm each. (h) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator.

S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

S&F 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardantgrade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames complete all as specified and directed.

(v) M&L for providing 40mm average thickness Guniting mix using one part of OPC-43 grade and 2 part of coarse sand mixed with adhesive/admisture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00 Kg/sq cm by guiniting machine incl necessary padding shutters/scaffolding, formwork. Note : The work will be executted by authorised manufacturer/applicator

(A) Removing existing paint by scrapping with Tru Care Wall Sander: L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and as directed.

(B) Providing and applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth on old/ new surface complete all as specified and directed. Step 1) Mix the putty powered by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute). Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco spray Machine (Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalent having DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041” . Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

(C) Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare wall sander: L-01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and as directed.

(D) Providing and applying one coat of acrylic watebased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio bo be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs ot dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats on old/ new surface, complete ass as specified and as directed.

(E) Providing two coats of Oil bound distemper on old/ new surface with rich matt finish having BOC less than 50gms per liter complying leed criteria @ 1 Ltr (undiluted/10Sqm) diluted in the ratio 2:1, applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paing application of Assian paints Trucare Graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per muinute having p pressure of 3300 PSI. Aloow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

(F) M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall surface by complete removal of existing tereatment of wall up to 4 story building by mechanized sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical remival is not possible and applying a layer of 2 mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering this making surface smooth and applying tow coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Post Construction anti termiteTreatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor sall as specified and directed

M&L Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick with uniform texture in floor with laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed..

S & F in replacement of street light bracket incl clamp, nut and anchor bolt etc make to shape for street light fitting made out of GI pipe light grade 25 mm bore 1.5 mtr long on the top of wall of existing building complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of energy efficicent LED fittings 35 W LED 6K (cat part SSK-ST-50W) suitable for street/builing area light pressure diecast aluminium roadway luminaire with high power LEDs and HF electronic driver complete all as directed.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6.3 mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15 cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead of size 4 mm by means of galvnised nuts, bolts and washers. GI wire of 4 mm dia laid in 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) test point of GI. (GI watering pipe should properly tightned on GI plate & Funnel and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit) (c) PCC earth pit 30cmx30cmx30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick with 1 Nos MS handles suitable for carrying of pit cover. (d) Angle Iron Frame Made of 40x40x4 mm size angle iron for holding earth pit cover. Note :- The cost of excavation, earth work, watering pipe, metal test point, MS funnel with brass wire mesh and RCC pit with pit cover have already been included in the rates. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor against these items.
