Material and labour for in replacement of shutter with 18/19mm thick one side teak faced pre laminated particle board ISI Marked alongwith hinges as per drawing and as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm long aluminium handle, ‘D’ type, ISI Marked fixed to shutters of locker bed side , complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Material and labour for in replacement of back side of locker bed side with 9 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade ISI marked , complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair 75mm long , aluminium Hasp and staple, ISI Marked fixed to shutters of locker bed side , complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair CP hanging rod 20mm dia fixed to locker bed side as per drawing and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Table Bed Side {FD/E6/MAP/15 (R) }

Taking out old unservicable pre-laminated board from the back of table bed side and S&F new back with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (exterior grade), ISI marked, commercial type ( Shade and texture natural teak) and 6 mm thick PVC edging all around the table top, complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable top of table bed side and S&F new top with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (exterior grade), ISI marked, commercial type ( Shade and texture natural teak) and 6 mm thick PVC edging all around the table top, complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable powder coated telescopic channels of 1.6mm thick and S & F new powder coated telescopic channels of 1.6mm thick fitted in drawers complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable drawers of table bed side and S&F new drawers shall be with 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (exterior grade), ISI marked, commercial type ( Shade and texture natural teak) and 4 mm thick half round first class teak wood edging all around the table top, complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Taking out old broken/ unserviceable handle from table bed side and S&F new handle as approved by GE in table bed side complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed

Taking out old PVC edging to table bed side and S&F new PVC edging of 1.5mm thick fix in table bed side complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed

M & L for welding of broken joints of Table bed side (MAP) including preparation of surface and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Charpoy GI Pipe With Nylon Newar (FD-220) :-

Material and labour for in replacement of 12 mm thick plywood top , commercial type, BWR grade, ISI marked of (Make : Century ply/ Kit ply / green ply), in single piece fixed on existing charpoy GI pipe after tightening of frame of charpoy if required including nuts, bolts of not less than 8mm dia and GI washers (minimum 10 Nos.for each charpoy) and taking out existing nylon newar complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel flat iron 850 mm long of size 40mmx5 mm, welded to long rails horizontally (one end of each long rail) at equal distance including necessary cuttings, weldings , drilling holes where required for fixing plywood and painting to flat iron piece with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling / opening / loosening of GI charpoy as deemed necessary, taking out defective long rail and Supply & fixing new long rail made of 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, including necessary drilling, threading, etc. and reassembling the charpoy tight and fit complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed. Make of Pipe : JINDAL.

Material and labour for short rail of GI Charpoy made from long rail retrieved from Srl item No. 10.03 above including necessary cutting, threading, welding, etc. and re-assembling the charpoy tight and fit including taking out defective short rail complete all as specified and shown in drg. and directed.

Material and labour for leg of GI Charpoy made from short rail retrieved from Srl item No. 10.04 above including necessary cutting, threading, welding, etc. including provision of MS plate 32mm dia 3mm thick to bottom of leg black painted with all edges of plate grinded to eliminate sharp edges and re-assembling the charpoy tight and fit including taking out defective leg complete all as specified and shown in drg. and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of elbow, 32mm dia, heavy duty, ISI marked for GI pipe charpoy complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI check nut hexagonal, 32mm bore for GI pipe charpoy complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS plate/wooden plug and S&F 6 mm thick and 32mm dia MS Plate welded to bottom of each leg of GI Charpoy including grinding of extra material complete complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
