Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 2000 LPD including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Checking thoroughly for repair ,taking out the solar energy collector panel of solar water heating system row carefully and setting aside for re-use after repairs.Removing the glass covers carefully and setting aside at safe place for re-use and carry out following repair works- (a) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free, and re-assembling the panel. (b) Brazing the leaking broken copper tubes & fins with copper alloy brazing rod to make the panel water tight (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) replacement of worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc .After sucessfully repair of the complete system re-fixing back in existing position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply and fixing in repairs Solar collector flat plate,cu-cu ,absorber area 2 sq.mtr,glazing-4mm with toughened glass solar energy collector panel complete of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge. ( Make - Solchrome or as per existing make)

Supply and fixing in repairs solar energy collector panel glass (Collector toughened Glass) complete of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge. ( Make - Solchrome or as per existing make)

Supply and fixing In repairs solar panel gasket made out of fine rubber to make system air tight, dust, and water proof complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.( Make - Solchrome or as per existing make) 60Rs

S & F In repairs electric backup system with thermostat of 3kw capacity complete including suitable size fixing accessories i.e. suiatble dia socket and control MCB with enclosure of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core confirming to IS specification including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed .Make: Finolex /Polycab/Havells/Grandlay

Supply and fixing in repairs compressed glass wool 50 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body of panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium sheet cover 1mm thick to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed and recommended by manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity 200 ltrs,SS-304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system.Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity 1000 ltrs, SS 304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system.Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs steel water tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings for transportation of hot water from hot water tank to supply point duly insulated and insulation secured with tape and covered with aluminum sheet 1 mm thick all as recommended by the manufacturer. Supply and fill anti freezing chemical through heat exchanger tank of solar water heating sysytem. Making the whole system water tight and testing on completion.

Supply & Fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 15 mm bore pipes. Make - Zoloto / Leader

M&L in repairs CI foot valve 100 mm bore, ISI marked inclduing joints and jointing meterial complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 100mm bore steel water tubing pipe removing from site & M&L steel water tubing galvanised 100 mm bore medium grade in trenches/under roads/floors etc with bend , union , flang and all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jindal/Tata/Prakash

Supply and fix in replacement of Renewing tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 19800.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
