Providing B check and Servicing of 500KVA Capacity DG set by engaging DG mechanic by utilizing the existing consumables like Oil filters etc draining out of Engine oil from the sump filling new Oil replacing Fuel and Oil filters oil bath type air filter filling oil in the governor tightening all the bolts and nuts to the reqd torque general check up of working parameters and applying petroleum jelly on battery terminal post and checking the V belt test running Consumables like oil filters will be paid in separate item etc as reqd

Supply and filling of the 15W 40 grade Lube oil for the Engine during servicing repair works testing complete as required Make Kirloskar or Volvo line or Servo Castrol or Shell Similar Superior make Agency shall produce Purchase Bill of Oil old oil shall be property of vendor and shall be disposed as per prevailing CPCB norms as reqd

Supply and filling of Coolant Excel IFTEX Radiator Coolant for the Engine during servicing repair works testing and Make Kirloskar or Volvo line or Servo or Castrol or Shell Similar Superior make and grades Agency shall produce Purchase Bill of coolant complete as required

Supply and fixing of the B check Kit for 1010 KVA DG set having Lube Oil filter P No.3238204 Fuel Filter P No.3238493 SUPER BYPASS FILTER P No.3879488 Water Separator Intermediate Filter with O rings Complete and Cummins make as per available in site etc as required

Supply and fixing of the B check Kit for 500KVA DG set 2 Nos Oil filter Fuel Filter Set Water Separator Intermediate Filter with O rings Complete Cummins or Greaves or Koel or cater pillar or make as per available in site

Supply and fixing of 24 Volts 10 Amps battery Charger SMPS type to charge DG set batteries suitable for operation on 230 V 50Hz Input AC supply of range 170V to 270V Output 26.6V to 27.6Volts DC with protections for Over current Over Charging Reverse Polarity complete with power supply cable termination points and other accessories etc ic supply of heavy duty charging crocodile clips 2Nos etc complete as reqd Make NHP or SS make

Supply and fixing of suitable size and capacity battery terminal of copper conductor and end termination battery lugs including crimping etc as required

Repair of AMF control panel including replacement of burnt wiring checking of parameters checking of controllers prgramming of controller and resoration of AMF panel exlcuding replacement of controller MCCB contactors and meters in city TE etc as required
