Earth work excavation over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means to required profile, level, grade, camber etc. in all soils as mentioned below (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan area) for mass excavation including dressing of excavated area, filling the plinth/ low spots/ areas with approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm, watering, consolidation to obtain 90% proctor density etc. and stacking/ disposing the surplus excavated materials within a lead of 500m and all inherent lifts etc. to the required location etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC grade M10 in bed concrete to foundations, pedestal etc.
PCC grade M15 in sub base flooring, plinth protection, storm water drain, foot path, pavement, coping. haunches etc. Notes: Nominal reinforcement if provided shall be measured & paid under relevant item.
Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth including under ground water tank, storm water drain, culvert, gate and other miscellaneous structures of all geometrical shapes at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. For all type of structural / RCC elements.
Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufacturers for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in schedule of quantities substructure. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere including Storm water drains etc. shall be measured and paid under this item for sub structure.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking / removing and cleaning steel/ timber shuttering & centering for form work in foundation, plinth at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural / RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment. (stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment). b) The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces.
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.
Brick masonry work in foundation and plinth, cable pits, trench, steps, storm water drain, footpath etc. at all locations using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 7.5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 7.50 N/mm2 ) in C.M 1: 6 to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints / simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. Providing and constructing Half brick masonry using bricks of approved quality / class designation 7.5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992) brand/ make, in partition walls in C.M 1:4 in substructure including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete and with stiffners of RCC 1:2:4 (105 X 75 mm size) at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding reinforcement. (Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)
Cement plaster in single coat of 15mm thickness with cement mortar 1:4 mix for internal brick/concrete surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions, UG tank, cable pits, trenches, chambers, steps, storm water drain, top of coping etc. at all levels, heights, slopes and location on plane or curved surfaces including preparing the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, curing etc complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Disposing off the surplus excavated materials /debris etc. by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas inside campus with all leads including all lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. i) Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible. ii) Royalty for excavation, transportation, filling of earthwork etc. including obtaining permission from statutory authority, if any shall be borne by the contractor.
Supply of garden soil free from stones, pebbles, grass, weeds etc. at site as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The measurements will be taken as per truck body dimensions filled with red soil without any deduction for voids. supplying 20mm diameter washed gravel and laying in a layer of 100mm thick, at bottom of the garden soil and also along the sides of wall.
Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor, in plinth protection, footpath and other miscellaneous works to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing / blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and fixing in position at all floors and levels machine cut, machine polished (mirror polish) approved colour of granite stones (Giblee Granite / Red Granite / Ivory Golden / seirra gray/ steel gray Granite or any other approved equivalent) of approved quality and shade for flooring, skirting, cladding, etc. on brick/ concrete surface etc., with polished granite stone of required sizes fixed over and including necessary mortar bedding/ backing coat, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry mixed with suitable pigments including fixing approved stainless steel cramps / pins at suitable intervals and approved adhesive such as araldite to fix 6mm down aggregate to ensure fixing of stone securely including making necessary recess in the granite to accommodate the hold cramps / pins and approved quality adhesives to ensure the fixing of stone securedly grouting the joints with approved pigments, curing, cleaning and final hand polishing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing premoulded and prepolished, machine cut, Tapered Granite stone 40mm thick, 320mm wide, to be used as GRANITE WEIR for trickling water from Channel as shown in the drawing near Fountain as per detail, using prepolished Granite stone with Uniform texture & without decorative viens, in single length of 1.6m upto 2.61m as per drawing, of approved shade, colour including moulding the edges/providing nosing, laid on 20mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:2 and jointed with grey cement slurry, pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging, curing, roughening of concrete surface, fixing approved stainless steel cramps / pins at regular interval, fixing of 6mm down aggregate to the bottom rough surface of granite with araldite, for proper bond to the bedding, rubbing and polishing the top suface to obtain high gloss finish, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying and fixing in position at all floors and levels machine cut, machine polished approved colour Agra Red / Dholpur sand stones of following thickness of approved quality and shade for flooring, skirting, cladding, treads, risers, window & lift jamb /cills, etc. on brick concrete surface etc., of required sizes fixed over and including necessary mortar bedding/ backing coat, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry mixed with suitable pigments including fixing approved stainless steel cramps / pins at suitable intervals and approved adhesive such as araldite to ensure fixing of stone securely including making necessary recess in the stone to accommodate the hold cramps / pins and approved quality adhesives to ensure the fixing of stone securedly grouting the joints with approved pigments, curing, cleaning and final hand polishing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (a) In flooring with 40mm thick red and white sand stone at specified area including 20 mm thick cement mortar bedding of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , including cement slurry at 4.40 kg/sqm over bedding and matching slurry with white cement at 2.20 kg/sqm for grouting the joints. (b) In skirting including slopped skirting with 16mm thick polished sand stone laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including rounding in semicircle / champhering the edges etc complete. (c) In treads with 40mm thick polished approved quality Agra red stone/approved sand stone in single piece up to 1500mm (approx) laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including rounding in semicircle / champhering the edges including providing two nos of antiskid 6mmx6mm grooves filled with carborundun powder and flamed finished etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. d) In risers with polished 20mm thick white sandstone in single piece upto 1500mm laid over and including 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) backing. e) In ramps 40mm thick in single piece of approximate size 1500mmx200mm marble stone strips or the sizes as per working drawing in ramps as required of approved shade with 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) bedding. f) In dado with polished red sand stone of approved colour and shade laid over and including 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including rounding in semicircle / champhering the edges as shown in drawing including providing and fixing approved quality stainless cramps @ 600c/c on both directions and approved adhessive such as araldite to ensure fixing the stone securedly, grouting the joints with approved pigments etc. complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. g) On the top of dwarf wall / planter/parapet etc including rounding the edges with 40mm thick polished red sand stone of approved shade laid over and including 20mm thick CM 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) bedding including rounding in semicircle / champhering the edges etc. complete.
Random rubble cladding (exposed face fine dressed with rough backing) 150mm thick backing filled with a grout of average 12mm thick and cement mortar 1:3 backing, including sunken pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade, stone is to be secured to the backing and the sides by means of SS cramps and pins (cost to be included in item rate) complete at all heights as per specification, drawings and as directed by E.I.C.
Providing and fixing slate stone Stepping in the form of masonry, using approximate 150mm wide slate stone 40mm to 75mm thick, laid over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:2 and buttressing with wall, facia etc. by means of SS cramps and pins (cost to be included in item rate), Chiselled/rough exposed edges of required length, for forming the sides of a channel for the trickling water as shown in the drawing, near Globe sculpture, including making sunken pointing 10mm high and 5mm deep, for the exposed faces with pigment matching the stone shade, at all heights, levels, including wastages, etc. all complete as per specification, drawings and as per instruction of EIC.
Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of Apex ultima of M/s. Asian Paints of approved colour and shade over a coat of approved exterior grade primer of M/s. Asian Paints all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing in position R C C precast covers 75mm thick or as per specified thickness for cable pits and other works, of grade 1 : 1.5 : 3 using graded stone aggregate 20mm maximum size including form work, cosolidation, finishing with neat cement punning on all surfaces, curing including providing lifting hooks for trench and pit covers etc. all complete as per specifications drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge (excluding cost of reinforcement which shall be paid under relevent item).
Design, fabrication, supply and installation of elliptical shape ring having major axis 4.2m diameter and minor axis 3.2 m diameter, formed with 2 nos. of hollow Stainless steel pipe of required diameter to support 3m diameter Stainlesss steel Globe Sculpture formed with Stainless steel jali/ netting to support world map/ shape made with matt finished Stainless Steel sheet SS 316, as shown in the drawing. The Stainless steel netting shall be supported by Stainless steel structural arrangement to form Globe shape to be designed by the Vendor/manufacturer, complete in all respect including the necessary foundation/ Base plate/ Fixing in RCC Pedestal/ platform as shown and/ or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Shop drawing along with design calculations is to be approved from Structural Engineer and Architect before execution of the work). Note:- 1. The items of Excavation, soling, PCC, RCC of grade M30, Steel Reinforcement, formwork, required for the Foundation structure supporting the globe shall be paid separately under relevant items. 2. The globe sculpture will be in Stainless Steel satin finish only(no colour to be applied on it) as per the reference drawing. This will be as per manufacturer's details. Shop drawing of the same is to be submitted by the contractor for approval of Architects and Structural Engineer for member sizes, thickness of Stainless Steel plates, grade of steel(stainless steel SS 316), Supporting Embedded Plates, foundation details, etc. 3. The weight of stainless steel members, internal supports and accessories actually fixed at site only shall be measured for payment.

Proof rolling with 8/10 tonne power roller over Sub-Grade of the road to achieve proper consolidation including watering etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying sub-base to water bound macadam (WBM) 230 mm consolidated thickness as specified below with 90-40mm single sort aggregate, stone screeding 12.5mm in one/two layers of 150 mm thick each, laid loose and consolidated to 115 mm thickness including breaking stone if required, screening, sorting, spreading to regular line, level, template and supplying and blinding with stone grit, watering, consolidating each layer properly with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller including cost of all materials, labour, finishing to proper gradients, camber etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking hand broken stone aggregate 63-45 mm graded metal at the site of work for pre-measurement all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick hot mixed and hot laid bituminous macadam using graded metal 20mm down, bitumen not less than 3.7% by weight of total mix of grade VG-30, or 60/70; including cleaning the existing water bound macadam road surface/ asphalt road surface by wire brushing, brooming, providing tack coat at 7.5 kg of bitumen per 10 sq.m, mechanical mixing, transporting, mechanical spreading, machine laying to required line, level, camber and compacting thoroughly with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying 25 mm thick hot mixed hot laid premixed bituminous concrete as Seal coat using 10 mm down graded stone aggregate, bitumen not less than 7% by weight of total mix of grade VG-30; over bituminous macadam or water bound macadam road surface /asphalt road surfaces, cleaning the road surfaces by wire brushing, brooming including mechanical mixing, transporting, mechanical spreading, machine laying to required line, level, camber and compacting thoroughly with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing factory made precast full batter/ bullnose Kerb stones conforming to IS 5758: 2020 of approved manufacturer, made up of Cement Concrete of grade not less than M25, and having size 500mm x 325mm x 100mm with holes (100mm/150mm) wherever required as specified in drawings of approved pattern and design, curved at inner edge of 20 mm radius, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc., complete as per specification drawing and as directed by EIC.
Providing, laying & fixing precast interlocking paver blocks of approved manufacturer conforming to IS 15658:2021, over a layer of 50mm thick stone dust over PCC levelling course (wherever required) and well consolidated sub-base underneath including filling the joints with stone dust etc. including transporting to site, placing to proper line & level, etc. complete as per specification, drawing including cost of all material, labour, tools etc but excluding the cost of PCC which will be paid separately, as directed by the Engineer in Charge and as approved from the catalogue. Note :- PCC, if required, will be paid under relevant item.

Providing & laying UPVC under ground drainage pipes & Fittings of Approved make for storm water drains & Sewer lines of following size conforming to IS:15328 to proper level & grade, jointing including providing coupler with cement solvent / welded joints / as per manufacturer's requirement, encasing the pipe alround using cement concrete 1:3:6 complete all as per specifictions, drawing and as directed by the E.I.C. Item includes Providing and fixing UPVC fittings such as Bends, Tees & Y, Reducers, Blanking Plugs, Couplers, Adaptors etc For Sewer line and Storm water Drains

Ultra 450 Inspection Chamber Riser with rubber seal NOTE FOR INSPECTION CHAMBER & MANHOLE i) Depth of Manhole / chamber shall be the vertical distance from the top of the frame & cover of manhole / chamber to the outgoing invert of the main drain channel. ii) The internal diameter of sizes mentioned in the item shall be measured from finished plastered surfaces. iii) 1:2:4 grade concrete for fixing frame & cover ( i.e., for capping & bed block or bearing course ) and CM 1:2 for plastering & fixing shall be paid separately in relevant item. iv) Slope of 1:6 for benching shall be started from channel of depth equal to diameter of the outgoing sewer. v) The slope of conical wall of manhole and longitudinal walls of rectangular Inspection Chamber starts from the vertical height of 200mm from top of frame and cover. vi) While making payment for extra over initial depth, the thickness of RCC frame & cover and the thickness of cement concrete bed block (bearing course) shall not be deducted from the depth of manhole or chamber.
Constructing brick masonry Inspection chambers of internal sizes 900 X 600mm at bottom and 900 X 450mm at top for an initial depth of 600mm consisting following items of work. i) 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:2 over 150 mm thick bed in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 with 150 mm offset alround, tapering the longitudinal walls to a height of 450 mm from top of chamber cover to obtain an internal dimension of 900 X 450mm. ii) 20 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:1 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and top finished with a floating coat of neat cement. iii) Making benching and haunching in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 and finishing with floating coat of neat cement. iv) Fixing frame and cover at top using cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (for bed block / bearing course and capping) and cast iron steps / foot rests, all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by E-in-C. NOTE:- Providing & fixing foot-rests / steps and CI / RCC / Composite frame & cover including CC of grade 1:2:4 for fixing the frame and cover, plastering in C.M 1:2 on exposed surfaces of bed block & capping, making smooth cement finish etc. will be paid under relevant item. Rectangular Heavy duty (Grade HD - 20 designation as per IS:1726) frame and cover size 1200 x 900mm for Valve Chamers Note: Shade and Colour and design pattern to be get approved from Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fixing, laying, jointing & testing below the ground / above ground UPVC socketed pipes for solvent cement joint / plain ended CLASS 5 pipes as per IS:4985 including suitable heavy fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, bends, enlargers, saddles flanged tailpieces and all other fittings required for the completion of laying and jointing as per IS 7634, testing pipelines with fittings for 10 kg/cm2 hydrostatic pressure for minimum duration of two hours with clean water and rectifying the leaks if found, cutting the pipes to the size, threading as required, jointing of pipes and fittings to be carried out using Hold-ties, Teflon tape, PVC clamps, wooden gutties, SS screws, cement, solvent cement etc. required for the completion of the work, all as per specifications, drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, placing and anchoring Filter Grade synthetic Geotext (Needle punched nonwoven material, 200GSM equivalent to Int-fab/techfab thermal bounded Geotextile) with Apparent opening about 70microns and water permeability about 100 L/Sqm/sec as per drawing and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. Overlap between two filtter sheets shall be 200mm and stitched appropriately as per geotext manufacturer. 2. Above item cost includes providing GI Anchors at appropriate spacing as per geotext manufacturer. 3. Covered ground area will be measured for payment.
Supply and installing Rain Water Percolation pits of 2mX2m (internal) upto 3.5m deep and desilting chamber of 2m X 1.5m (internal) built in brick masonry & RCC M20 or (as per Structural Design drawing). The bottom most 400mm depth to be filled with boulders 50-150mm size, overwhich 300mm depth to be filled with sand 1.5-2mm size, over which 100mm depth to be filled with pea gravels of about 5mm size, 160mm dia (10kg/cm2) pipe for inlet and outlet.Providing 25mm, four nos vent holes shall be provided in top slab. Two manhole cover and frame of FRP composite having size 900mm X 600mm(having loading class MD-10 of approved make), shall be provided for access including necessary earth work excavation, refilling inlayers, consolidation, disposing off debris/ surplus earth etc., all as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Provinding and fixing VEE-WIRE® Flat Screen of 5mm opening (Stainless Steel) manufactured by 'Johnson Screens' or approved equivalent having 50% minimum opening using minimum 4mm wide and 6mm height Vee-Wire, and supporting Rods to support about 300Kg/Sqm loading. etc complete as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by EIC
