Supply and Laying of PVC sheathed Aluminum flat of 4 mm² 2 core with the help of crane for steel tubular/ Octagonal pole. The wire should be of ISI marked. The job includes cost of dismantling, erection of existing fittings, bracket, making incoming and outgoing connection etc. other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.
9/10 mtr. Long Pole
Supply and Erection of Cement Collar and Jn. Box at the base of the pole with the detailed specification as given below.:
Jn. Box Construction:
Supply and Erection of Thermo Plastic cable Jn. Box IP 55 of size 205 x 255 x 112 minimum deep approximate with 4 Nos. thermal block suitable for 1 No. incoming and 3 Nos. outgoing cable. The terminal block shall be made of Hansel/ Wago/ Elmex/ Siemens/ Everest make and cable junction box of make Hansel/ Legrand only. The jn. Box shall be installed on the surface of the pole with 2 nos. M.S. clamps. The clamps shall be made of 1” x 5mm thick MS flat. The clamp shall formally secure the jn. Box with the help of nuts and bolts on the surface of the pole. The 2 nos. GI pipe 40mm dia B-class of 2 mtr. long shall be provided and fixed (the cost of 2 Nos. G.I. pipe B class 2 mtr. long included in the job) with the help of 2 nos. suitable clamps at suitable distance to hold the G.I. pipe along the surface of the pole upto jn. box. for incoming and outgoing cable for making necessary connections to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer in charge of the work. The include cost of two coats of Superior quality of paint after applying one coat of primer. The GI pipe shall be 6” below ground level, and 9’-1” above ground level. The same shall be fixed before casting of cement collar. (wt. of 40mm G.I. pipe 3.72 kg/mtr. + 10%). The job includes all labour and petty material to required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. of work.
Cement Collar:
The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 and outside dia. 16”.
The collar shall be embedded in the ground upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have 12” high MS box and 6” top over the box.
The collar shall be plastered, properly finished and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality to complete the job including new thimbles & making connections.
The item includes other petty material to complete the job.
The job includes all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. of the work.
Dismantling of existing damaged cement collar from the steel tabular pole. The job include cost of dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection from the junction box. The job also include throwing of malba into dumping ground, cost of all labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction engineer in charge of the work.
Supply and Erection of steel tabular pole IS-410 SP-6 swaged and welded in three steps 7.5 Mtr. long weight 93 Kgs. complete in all respect as per IS2713 (Part I & II) 1980 amended upto date with the following specifications.
The pole shall be erected 2 Mtr. below ground level in 16” internal dia ready made RCC muff 2 Mtr. in length. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4.
The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work, installation of pole to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C.
G.I. PIPE BRACKET.
Supply, Fabrication and Erection of G.I. Pipe (Medium Class) bracket with suitable size of nipple for mounting the LED street light fitting with the following specifications.
The bracket shall be made by Medium Class GI pipe of 50mmdia with an angle of inclination 105o&5 feet overhang.
The 50 mm dia G.I. pipe shall be connected to a 100mm dia G.I. pipe 45cm long& canopy with top end closed with 14 G MS sheet to avoid entry of rain water in the pole.
The 50mmdia pipe shall be welded at a distance of 2” from the close end with 100mm dia GI pipe.
The canopy shall be slipped over the top section of octagonal pole & fixed with 2 Nos. ½ “ dia GI nuts & bolts.
A triangular 14 GMS sheet piece of 2” shall be welded between two pipes.
The bracket should have also the provision of suitable size of nipple for fixing of the fitting. The job includes the cost of all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge, before installation at site.
The make of B Class G.I pipe should be Jindal, Hindustan/ SAIL & Tata make only.
Single Arm Bracket made out of 50mm dia. G.I Pipe with 3 feet overhang.
S/E of 7 Meter long Hot dipped Galvanized pole of octagonal cross-section continuously tapered made out from high tensile steel of minimum thickness 3mm complete with the base plate of minimum size 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm along with inbuilt lockable junction box which should be operated with single key with connectors of Elmax / Connectwell / Essen / Wago make for the cable termination and two or three terminals and one no. 6 amps. Single pole MCB for each luminaire. The diameter across from the dimensions of the base and top should be minimum 130mm and 70mm A/F (Across Face). The pole should be provided with metallic sleeve with cutting of Chandigarh ‘open hand’ mark. Sleeve should be backlit using environment proof LED modules. There should be diffused glow of open hand logo during night. Sleeve should be PU painted/ Powder coated in colour. The approx. size of the sleeve should be 1200 mm and shall be of same thickness as pole. The sleeve shall be provided at a distance of 3.5 Meter from bottom. The size of the poles and foundation bolts shall be suitable to withstand the maximum wind speed/ pressure as per IS-875. There should be no any circumferential welding on the pole. The weight of the pole should be 80 KG (Min.). The method and material shall comply with as BSEN-10025 grade S355 or equivalent poles should be hot dipped galvanized in single dip to 65 microns min. confirming to IS 2629-1966. The material and specifications of flange plate/base plate shall be as per IS 2062. The street light poles shall be as per IS 2062. The street light poles shall be erected in the existing RCC foundation with 4 nos. special foundation bolts ‘J’ type minimum M24x750mm long galvanized M.S. rod of duly threaded of minimum 20mm dia in existing RCC foundation of suitable size as per the approved drawing. The material of steel foundation belts shall be confirming to grade EN-8 exposed threaded portion of foundation bolts shall be hot dipped galvanized. The make of pole shall be Utkarsh/Ventura/B.P Project/Bajaj/ Transrail/ Keselec/ Valmont as approved by the Engineer in charge of the work. (The cost of 7 Meter long S/L pole is including with 4 nos. ‘J’ type bolts and nuts etc.)
Foundation for 7 Mtr. Octagonal Pole:- Design & casting of foundation with M20 cement Concrete & steel reinforcement suitable for installation of 7 mtr. Octagonal Pole.
DSR ITEM NO. 2.8.1 (CIVIL WORK) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

DSR item no.16.83 (Civil 2023) Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Erection of 45 watt LED Post Top Lantern fittings made of cast alum. Housing with power to be mounted on directly on inbuilt Heat sinks. A UV stabilized PC/PMMA diffuser is provided for Glare Free Lighting with high visual comfort to complete with Electronic LED Driver Power supply & related accessories with the following specifications to be installed on existing pole. The make & model of the fitting should be of Bajaj BGCPNP 45 W/ WIPRO LP06351 XXX-57XX36W/ Twinkle LuxMax-PT-151-L 40 W LED/K-Lite Juno(Cat no.5380) 36 watt LED/Surya Rigel (SLE PT 40W) or its equivalent to Philips and LT Make only as per DNIT Item No.26 of DNIT.
Painting of street poles with double coat of Asian/Narolac/Delux Aluminium paint of following sizes installed along the roads, parking area and the poles shall be painted with superior quality of sliver colour. The job includes cost of all labour, & petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work.
Painting of street light pole up to 7 mtr. with the help of ladder & using boom after 7 Mtr to the height of 9 mtr. where ever required. The job includes cost of 2 nos. labour required for holding the ladder & controlling the traffic while using crane/boom.
Street light pole 7.5/9 mtr. Long with single/double/triple arm bracket complete in all respect.
Providing two coats of superior quality snowcem in the existing collar and Painting of junction box. The junction box shall be painted with 2 coat red paint after rubbing the dust from the junction box. The job includes the cost of labour & all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C of the work.
Numbering on existing S/L pole. The job includes the painting of pole in 4” dia round with yellow paint and make number with black paint. (1 number on each pole)
Numbering of fitting A for single arm bracket and B for double arm along with name of the road
Dismantling and re-erection of 16 mtr. long high mast pole including dismantling of existing 250W LED fittings, control gear, M.S arms, M.S channel ring after the disconnections of all incoming and outgoing wires and cables and re-erection of 250W LED fittings, control gear, M.S arms, M.S channel ring , making all incoming and outgoing wires and cables. The job also includes dismantling of pole shaft from RCC foundation with the help of hydraulic crane after removing travelling ropes, trailing cable and gear box etc complete job in all respect as to the best satisfaction to the Engineer-in-charge.
Repair of MS canopy at the end of pole removing of all pulleys. After all this lubrication of pulley at lathe machine and fixing them in canopy with lubricants of good quality to rotate freely with ropes to the satis faction of Engineer in charge of the work.
Greasing of existing trailing steel wire ropes of 16 mtr. long high mast. The job include cost of labour and other petty material require to complete the job to entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge of the work
Supply erection and fabrication of High mast door. The High mast door to be installed on the existing high mast with the help of suitable size of nut and bolts required to complete the job. The job includes cost of welding set, labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
