Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shall included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 + 3.5 + 0.25) fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer

Supply and installation of Acoustical False Ceiling of Higher absorption nubby finish tiles, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick T15 metal grid system. T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The Higher absorption Nubby finish tiles square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers.
