The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia MS wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre designer cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 300 x300 x7mm thick in floors etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over & including 20mm screed base in CM 1: 4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 47 but as in Skirting with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for antifungal Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.
