Dismantling Old Unserviceable GOD assembly complete all as specified.

11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible Outdoor Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) with SF6 gas insulated 4-way comprising of 1 No 630 Amps, SF6 circuit breaker (Comprising One No. Incomer) & 3 Nos. SF6 Breaker as Outgoing, inside robotically welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper busbars internal, external as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 150-75-50/1 Amp, 5P10, 2.5 VA - 3 No's. & Resin cast ring core metering CT 150-75-50/1 Amp, Cl 1.0, 2.5 VA - 3 No's. on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 20kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. Make : ABB, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER,BHEL,HARTEK

(a) 1 No. 630 Amp motorised SF6 Circuit Breaker, triple pole, single break 3 position as incomer (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 20 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 Sqmm.

(b) 3 Nos. 630 Amp Motorised SF6 Circuit Breaker, triple pole, single break 3 position as outgoing (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 20 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/Green Push Button for On/Off Operation, Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with Earth Switch, Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 Sqmm.

(c) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have LCD ( 16 x 2). Relay should have facility to trip the breaker from remote commands without shunt trip coil, Last 5 Fault Record with Time stamp, battery pack replaceable from front.

(d) Transformer VCB should be provided with protection scheme for transformer faults like OTI, WTI & Buchholz's relay alaram & trip, along with annunciation and lock-out function

(e) Bus bar Connected PT Unit -1 No. for Metering consisting of following:-

(i) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, 20KA for 3sec. (ii) 3 Voltage Transformers of the ratio 11kV/√3 / 110 V/√3, 25 VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (iii) 1 Digital MFM to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF, KWH, KVAR. (iv) 1 LED Illumination per breaker. (v) 1 Space Heater with thermostat per breaker. (vi) 1 RYB phase indications per breaker. (vi) 1 set Bushings for external busbar connection along with Busbar cover & Sleeved busbars for coupling per breaker. (vii) 2X12 V Battery suitable AH capacity with battery charger with suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & Output 24 V DC. Battery make: Exide / Standard /Furkkava / Amaron.

(f) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions.

(g) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards.

(h) Manual operation of SF6 breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU.

(j) Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable.

(k) PCC 1:2:4. type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendations of manufacturers of directed by EIC.

(l) Two copper earthing for each Circuit Breaker shall be provided with copper strip and earth test point.

Note :- Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system as per OEM instruction shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate.

11000 Volts earthed grade heavy duty XLPE cable with aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of size 95 Sqmm 3 core stranded aluminium conductor all as specified. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for HT UG cable/pole/stay etc and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM thick in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified.

Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 100mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings such as elbow, bend, tess etc and mounting arrangment in wall / floor for cable protection. Cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 95 sqmm complete all as specified.
