M &L for Cleaning of over head tank with including process in following operation complete such as dewatering of existing water tank, cleaning the inside surfaces of tank by scrapping down walls & bottom surface using steel wire brushes to remove all fungus ithe micro organisms etc using light hammer & wire brushes, taking out and removing sediments loose dirt/mud sludge vegetation and other foreign material completely from tank, disposal of all waste/spoil to out of MD land at a place as specified by local bodies and washing repeatedly inside surfaces of tank with water and washing with antibacterial solution and clean water thoroughly following hygienic condition &complete all as directed with respect, as per reputed process of following sizes- (Location: sarvatra,chetak complex area,Akash Ganga (CPL),vazra ,neelganga,,prabhudham,gomti,chamabal,residency,100 ncs ,pinto -ii ,map)

(a) 100000 Glns cap at 18.0 Mtr staging.

(b) 100000 Glns cap at 21.0 Mtr staging.

(c) 50000 Glns cap. at 16 .0 Mtr staging

(d) 50000 Glns cap at 18.0 Mtr staging

(e) 50000 Glns cap at 20.0 Mtr staging

(f) 25000 Glns cap at 18.0 Mtr staging

Preparation of plaster or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall of OHT includin cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove of dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign materials,scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying 2 coat of exterior emulsion wall paint(Ace paint from Asian paint or wall mast from Berger paint) on bands/fascia and walls /OHT/UG Sump's complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Location: Akash Ganga (CPL)Vazra,chamabal,100 ncs,pinto -ii ) Note: Shade of paint will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge

Note for items 1 to 2: Necessary T&P ,Chemicals for cleaning,safety equipments shall be arranged by the contractor.

Disconnecting , Dismantling and taking down complete valve from pipe line and refixing the same to its position after following repair of size 200 mm dia complete all as directed. (a) Fabrication and fixing of stainless steel spindle as per sample including threading and machinery work. (b) Fabrication and fixing of GM Nut (Gutka) (c) Fabrication and fixing of gland plate. (d) Replacement of damaged nut, bolt, washers and packing.

Dismantling and taking out existing damaged / rusted valve pit cover of any size from valve pit chamber, not less than 1 M x 1 M and M & L for new valve pit coverof size not less than 1 M x 1 M made out from MS Angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 5mm frame with fixing the MS sheet of thickness 3 mm welded on MS angle complete including locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling joints in flanged end cast iron pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

Material and labour for rubber gasket joints in flanged end cast iron pipes and fittings complete with and including minimum 3 mm thick rubber/fibre gasket and necessary nuts/bolts/washers all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

Burring out run lead joints for the following sizes of CI pipes/fittings etc all as specified and directed:-

M&L for grass cutting by manually/ mechanically brooming the entire grass/ vegeted cutted area and make neat and clean. Removing the grass with broom to a distance not less than 50 mtr or as directed by EIC Note:- (i) Grass/vegetation / surface execavation work will be carried out 2 times in a contract period. (ii) All Necessary T&P used for vegetation shall be arrange b the contractor.

S&F cast iron Non return valve (horizontal) 300 mm bore with all Jointing materials including taking down old/unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.
