Digging of pit in Kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of pole and Dragging of pole from nearby place/dump site to Pit, Erection of single pole along with proper in alignment for 11 KV and LT- Line on 11 mtr long ST/ 8.5 M long pcc pole and refilling with ramming of earth.

Grouting of pole in depth of 01 mtr below ground level in ratio 1:4:8 in cement, sand and brick ballast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300 mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of new erected 11 mtr ST pole with two coat of Red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr and balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint of ISI mark as per norms.

Fabrication & erection of S/S type double pole on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of top/MS-Channel 100x50 mm, MS-angle 65x65x6 mm, Pin insulator with pin with arrangement of Bus bar and fixing of D.O. fuse set as per Respo norms. (All materials will be provided by contractor except ST-pole, MS- channel, MS- Angle, Pin insulator and Pin).

Fabrication & erection of End type double pole for 11 KV line on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accesories like 02 No. Top channel 100x50 mm (1600mm each), 02 No. Bracing angle 65x65x6x4300 mm, Cable dropper, Disc Insulator with fitting, Danger board, Number plates and Barbed wire etc. (All material will be provided by contractor except ST- pole, Top channel, Bracing angle, cable dropper, Disc Insulator & Disc fitting).

Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable Exposure type double pole with the provission of bus bar with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like danger board, number plate, barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins, 2 No. MS-CHANNEL & 2no. MS angle for supporting the hoisting on Pole.Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug. Painting of double pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paints (ISI mark). Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 & plinthing 300 mm above ground level (All material to be arranged by contractor except steel,pole,PVC aluminium cable,earthing rod,Pin & Pin insulator).as per RESPO norms. .

Erection of stay set 16x1800 mm by digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 mtr including grouting, binding, nuzzling and fixing of stay insulator with stay wire of size 7/10 SWG (All material will be provided by contractor except Stay rod (complete set) and stay wire).

Earthing of poles with MS- Earthing rod 20x2500 mm, earth wire with nut and bolts as per norms (All material will be provided by contractor except MS-Earthing rods).

Fabrication & erection of Single Pole support for 11 KV line composite on 11 mtr long ST-Pole with fixing of X-arm/T-off channel, Disc Insulator with fitting/Pin insulator with Pin, F-bracket, necessary clamps and other accessories etc. (All materials will be provided by contractor except ST-Pole & 11 KV X-arm, T-off channel, 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting and Pin insulator with Pin).

Fabrication & erection of Single Pole support for 11 KV line composite on 8.5 mtr long P.C.C Pole with fixing of X-arm/T-off channel, Disc Insulator with fitting/Pin insulator with Pin, F-bracket, necessary clamps and other accessories etc. (All materials will be provided by contractor except ST-Pole & 11 KV X-arm, T-off channel, 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting and Pin insulator with Pin).

Erection of Single stud pole support of 11 mtr long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. Its grouting, plinthing & painting etc. are included in this work (All materials will be provided by contractor except ST-Pole).

Stringing and sagging of 03 phase 11 KV line on ACSR Rabbit conductor including jumpering & binding as per norms.

Fabrication & fixing of guarding angle on Single and Double poles and guarding of 11 KV O/H line as per Respo norms including fixing of all necessary clamps and hooks etc (All required materials will be provided by contractor except guarding angle and G.I. wire).

Fabrication & erection of Single Pole support for LT ABC line on 8.5 mtr. Long PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like I/J Hook & suspension clamp etc. (All material will be provided by contractor except ST-Pole).

Stringing and sagging of LT line on ABC 3x50+1x35+1x16 Sqmm including jumpering with clamps as per norms.

Supply, fixing & crimping of reqiured size lugs and its connection with LT lines.

Erection and commissioning of LT distribution box 03 phase on LT- poles with connection from lines by Pearcing/PG clamps and fixing of other required clamps (All materials will be provided by contractor except LT-Distribution box).

Supply and fixing of required nut and bolts of different sizes

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm D/C by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand upto top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable. The ferruling of cable is also included in this work (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

11 KV, 3X185 SQMM Cable laying by drill method

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE single cable in MS-Pipe 120 mm dia by digging of cable trench of Suitable size as per site condition. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 4" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 11 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

Straightening of tilted poles.
