Annexure-A Repairing/Restoration of leakage in the rising main by way of excavation of earth in hard and soft, around the damaged portion of the pipe by means of manual labour/JCB earth excavator to be used as per site requirement with all leads and lifts thereof for exposing the damaged portion of the rising main. The job involves arrangement of dewatering pump of requisite capacity for dewatering the trench along with tools and tackles for carrying out the job meticulously. The job further involves making an appropriate size opening/window on the top surface of the pipe using oxy-acetylene gas cutter to make easy access of the welding electrode towards the cracked spot. Welding of the cracked portion from inside of the pipe and then refitting the cut portion/window on top surface of the pipe by double row electric arc welding. Finally, the job involves testing the pipe on full load for a considerable period of time along with refilling back the excavated soil in the trench. The job is inclusive of providing and fitting of nuts & bolts of assorted size and RI cloth, arrangement of DG set as per site requirement.

d) Rectification when the damaged portion of the pipe is above ground level.
Annexure-B Repairs to the submersible pump by way of; • Disconnecting the electric supply to the motor, retrieving the pumping unit and dragging manually to the road side. • Loading the pumping unit in a private vehicle and carrying up to the workshop for conducting repairs. • Disengaging the pump from the motor and dismantling the pump assembly. • Removing the damaged steel sleeves from the impellers and then manufacturing, providing and fitting of new steel sleeves. • Removing the damaged rubber bushes from each stage of the pump and then manufacturing, providing and fitting of new GM bushes to all the stages/parts of the pump. • Assembling back all the stages of the pump in line with the pump shaft along with assembling the motor with the stator. • Carrying back the assembled pumping unit from workshop to site in a private vehicle, dragging manually from the road up to the site of installation, connecting to the electric supply and testing on working conditions. The rates are inclusive of the old scrap, which shall be the property of the firm.
a) 20 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
b) 15 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
c) 7.5 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
d) 05 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
Annexure-C • Disengaging of pump from the motor, removing the top casing of the pump and carrying the rotating assembly to workshop for repairs. • Fabrication, providing and fitting of Cast Iron / GM sleeves (02 No.), to both sides to the shaft as per sample. • Fabrication, providing and fitting of Stainless Steel lock nuts (02 No.) to both sides to the shaft as per sample. • Fabrication, providing and fitting of Stainless Steel check nuts (02 No.) to both sides to the shaft as per sample. • Rebuilding the Stainless Steel shaft to desired size followed by building of bearing seats etc., threads for check nuts and lock nuts by way of turning, grinding and finishing etc. • Fabrication, providing and fitting of Cast Iron / GM wearing rings (02 No.) as per sample on both sides of the impeller. • Repairs to the bronze impeller by way of brazing and other allied jobs. • Carrying back the repaired rotating assembly from workshop to site in a private vehicle, re-assembling the pump, connecting the same to the motor and testing on working conditions. The rates are inclusive of the old scrap, which shall be the property of the firm.
a) Rotating assembly with Cast Iron sleeves, wearing rings and impeller.
b) Rotating assembly with Bronze sleeves, wearing rings and impeller.
Annexure-D Repairs to the sluice valve by way of removing the top cover of the valve and extracting the damaged sluice rod and check nut from it. The job involves manufacturing, providing and fitting of new GM sluice rod and check nut of as per sample. The manufacturing process to be carried out with acute precision on the lathe machine involving shaping, turning etc. The job further involves fitting the same in the sluice valve along with palmative packing, screwed fasteners as per requirement and testing the same on working conditions.

Annexure-E Disengaging the pump from the motor by removing the tyre coupling followed by opening of bearing hubs on either side of the pump. The job involves removing damaged bearings from the shaft using bearing puller and then providing and fitting of new 6311, deep grove (SKF/ARB) ball bearing (01 No.) after proper thermal expansion. The job also involves applying of grease to the new bearings, connecting the pump to the motor and testing on working conditions.

Annexure-F Disengaging the pump from the motor by removing the tyre coupling followed by opening of shields on either side of the motor. The job involves removing damaged bearings from the shaft using bearing puller and then providing and fitting of new 6318/6319, (SKF/ARB) roller bearing (01 No.) after proper thermal expansion. The job also involves applying of grease to the new bearings, connecting the pump to the motor and testing on working conditions.

Annexure-G Providing and fitting of nuts and bolts of assorted sizes including appropriate size washers as per site requirement.
Providing and fitting of screwed fasteners as per details in (Annexure-G)
Annexure-H Removing the damaged flanges from the pipe line, cutting the edges of the pipe to make the edges smooth followed by providing and fixing of new 18 mm thick MS flanges as per sample by double row electric arc welding. The job also involves earth excavation wherever necessary followed by providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth and screwed fasteners of assorted size to the flanged joint. The job finally involves testing the joint on full load.

Annexure-I Removing the damaged packing from the glands on either side of the pump by opening the glands. The job involves providing and fitting of new palmative packing to both the glands including application of grease. The job finally involves fitting of both the glands and testing the pump on working conditions.

Annexure-J Rectification / repairs of leakage in the CI rising main/supply main by way of excavation of earth in hard and soft, around the damaged portion of the pipe by means of manual labour with all leads and lifts thereof for exposing the damaged portion of the rising main. The job involves arrangement of dewatering pump of requisite capacity for dewatering the trench along with tools and tackles for carrying out the job meticulously. The job further involves providing a lead caulked joint to the cast iron pipe which involves 08 kg of lead and 01 kg of spun yarn followed by heating of the lead in a pan, removing of the scum formed at the top of the melted lead before pouring into the joint. The job finally involves testing the pipe on working conditions.
