PROVN OF TROLLEY MOUNTED 500 KVA TRANSFORMER AT DIPATOLI MIL STN UNDER GE DIPATOLI

M&L for fabrication of moveable trolley made out of mild steel angle/ chanels medium weight beams & MS flats for mounting 500 kVA transformer alongwith HT/LT cable complete with 'I' - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley channel of size 150 x 75 x 6 mm of length 3.25 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.8 RM - 02 Nos and height of trolley = 1.6 RM alongwith 04 Nos of outer cover with inner tube complete to move from one place to another and comprising of the following components as appended below:-

(a) Fabrication of chasis frame of moveable trolley made out of anti-skid checkered 6 mm thick MS base of size 3.25 m x 2.8 m (LHW) welded on (ISMC) heavy duty stopper channels of size 150 x 75 x 6 mm of length 3.25 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.8 m 04 Nos alongwith 04 Nos outer cover with inner tube including rubber flap of size 7.50, 16 ply with steel rim to withstand both static load (5.0 tons) and dynamic load during transit and heavy duty axle of suitable size of length 2.5 m - 02 Nos. Chassis frame should be equipped with four heavy duty pulling/lifting lugs at the corners for crane handling and integrated D- rings for chain lashing.

(b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS plate of size 6 mm thick duly welded all around the base platform of trolley of channel of size 150x 75 x 6 mm of length 3.25 m - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.75 m - 04 Nos alongwith 04 Nos outer cover with inner tube and 01 No middle support in each direction and to be provded all around. including wire mesh height of 1.6 RM and size of 10 SWG fixed with MS flat iron of size 50 mm x 10 mm with suitable size of nuts bolts and washers including provision of door opening rear of trolley of size 2.8 m x 1.6 m using angle iron size of 45 x 45 x 6 mm. Corner of trolley shall be made of angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm including locking arrangements, hinges, welding , etc complete with back openable shutter duly hinged (heavy duty). (c) V type towing frame with hook with spring and check nuts and mounting bracket with bush for movement of tow assembly. (d) Suspension system of trolley made out of loaded leaf springs (step made patterns) - 04 Nos made out of EN 180 Steel flat of size 100 mm x 100 mm thick with varying length starts from 1.06 RM (total flights 06 Nos per sheet) to damp vibrations and protect the transformer core during movement including cutting, welding, grinding at the time of fabrication of jobs complete.

(e) Mechanical hand/parking brake for stationary stability, and an air/hydraulic override braking system connected to the towing vehicle. (f) Integrated cable trays or storage racks underneath or alongside the trolley deck to house the incoming (HT) and outgoing (LT) power cables safely. (g) Provision of atleast two distinct GI earth termination bolts welded to the chassis frame for connecting to local earth pits during operation. (h) 04 Wheels of size 400 mm dia x 100 mm width with minimum 1200 kg load capacity per wheel. Rim material SG CI/Fabricated MS rim, integral hub with double sealed ball bearings, 6208 or 6308 deep groove ball bearing grease lubricated and sealed.

(j) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/channel/ base plate/ tyre rims shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (olive green) shared over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Transformer shall be mounted on the trolley as such necessary arrangement for mounting of transformer shall be made as per manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Contractor need to submit drawing and technical details of trolley for approval of drawing by Engineer-in-Charge before placing order of trolley.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type transformer of capacity 500 KVA step down phase 50 Hz oil immersed, 11/0.433 KVA complete,air naturally cooled (ONAN type) with external cooling tubes/fins, level 2 type,5 star rated,double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/433V corresponding to principal tapping, delta connected primary side (HV side) and star connected secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector, group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side and having tapping on HV side for constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage from +2.5% to ± 2.5% , ± 5% & ± 7.5 % to be changed by means of manual OFF LOAD tap changing rise should not exceed 45º C in oil and 55 º C when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load in and as ambient temperature 40 º C. The transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV arrangements complete and confirming to IS : 2026 complete all as specified. The limit of temp rise after continuous full load sum as specified in SSR Part-I & IS-2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the minimum ambient temp prevailing at site. The transformer shall be completed with fitting and accessories all as following:- (a) Oil conservator tank with filling holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.

(b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe and first fill of dehydrating agent (c) Air Release valve plug (d) 01 No 100mm dia type thermometer vapour pressure type having rating 0-120 degree centigrate with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washers (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers (g) 02 Nos Earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate GI Earth Strip (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) First filling of oil confirming to IS 335 and tested upto 50KV/2.5mm dielectric strength (k) Lifting lugs/hook (l) Oil drain valve with plug (m) Cable end terminal boxes on LV and HV side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts washers & bushing rod with one No cable gland suitable for existing size of LT cable on LV side including additional neutral separately brought out side LV cable end box with bush insulators for neutral earthing. 03 Nos HV porcelain bushings with nuts,washers and bushing rod with one No cable gland suitable for 3x95 sqmm H.T. cable on HV side complete all as specied and directed. (n) Explosive Vent

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.
