Providing and laying of precast terrazzo tiles 20 to 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes up to 12 mm, in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of:, Light shade pigment using white cement (HSR 10.28.1)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (HSR 22.181)
