Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material Providing GSB in a 30 m stretch (Ch. 370.00 to Ch. 400.00 m) along the Chatial to Dah-ali road

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means Providing WBM-III in a 30 m stretch (Ch. 370.00 to Ch. 400.00 m) along the Chatial to Dah-ali road

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.Including Edge block/ Edge restraints. Providing ICBP in a 30 m stretch (Ch. 370.00 to Ch. 400.00 m) along the Chatial to Dah-Ali road

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Provided only on WBM surface)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base inclusing mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheeled 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required grade and level to be followed by seal coat either type A or type B or type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.By manual means (i) Bitumen (S-90)

Providing Hump Type Speed Breaker OGPC

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 By Manual Means Case-I Type A (i) Bitumen (S-90)

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. 600mm equilateral triangle
