M&L Point wiring for light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS with and including PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) having thickness as per IS code with all fittings including galvanised pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches /sockets/ regulators/ceiling roses etc ) made of not less than 16 gauge MS sheet and 6cm depth covered with 3mm thick laminated bakelite sheet fitted with brass screw and washers and including 1.5sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including cutting, chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface area and white wash/colour wash to matching with the existing colour complete all as specfied and directed. Supply and laying submain wiring alongwith two single core cable PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor FRLS (multistrand) of size 6 sqmm drawing into and including concealed PVC rigid non metallic conduit of 20mm dia , 1.8 mm wall thickness and single core cable PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor FRLS (multistrand) of 6 sq mm as earth wire including cutting chases in brick wall, rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and making good the disturbed surfaces to match existing complete all as specified & directed. Transportation of suitable RIG machine & all necessary machinery/T&P for mechanical percussion method and dual rotary system complete and Material and Labour for drilling of bore holes in any strata by mechanical percussion upto minimum 100 m depth and further by dual rotary system complete or depth below ground level pipe in any kind of strata soils /rocks, disposal of surplus soil with in 100 m, keeping space for pea gravel packing with system as recommended by CGWB report submitted by contractor and including lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270:2001 after lowering of assembly of ERW pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- a) For laying casing pipe include all mechanical equipment shall be arranged by the contractor and the same shall remain property of the contractor after completion of the job/contract. b) In case of non extraction of casing pipe due to failure of borewell the contractor will have no claim what so ever on this account. Supply , assembling, fixing & lowering of the liner tubewell asembly or strainer in position complete (net effective length shall only be measured and paid) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge as mentioned below :-

(a) Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 300 mm (12 inch) nominal bore having minimum 8 mm wall thickness conforming to IS : 4270-2001 & all around welded with 4 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 40 x 6 mm, 300 mm long.

(b) Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 200 mm (8 inch) nominal bore having minimum 8 mm wall thickness conforming to IS : 4270-2001 & all around welded with 4 Nos : stiffeners of flat iron 40 x 6 mm, 300 mm long.

(c) Mild steel ERW screwed and socketed slotted pipes 200 mm (8 inch) nominal bore having minimum 6.4mm wall thickness conforming to IS : 4270-2001 having slot sized 1.6mmx75mm & all around welded with 4 Nos : stiffeners of flat iron 40 x 6 mm, 300 mm long.

M & L for providing & fixing of 12" x 8" sleeve joint (reducer of approprate size ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for housing pipe clamp (to hold well assembly) made of MS flat 150 mm x 20 mm 1.5 metre long (each Flap) made to shape suitable for 12 inch bore pipe including making two nos holes of 25 mm dia on both sides of flap and fixing with and including suitable size of nuts and bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Pea Gravel of size 2 mm to 6 mm around the liner assembly from bottom to ground level including continuous watering during development complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Providing & fixing of well cap for 300 mm bore pipe made out of MS pipe of suitable size 300 mm long duly internally threaded and covered with MS round MS flat not less than 6 mm thick duly welded 300 mm long 100 mm wide and 10 mmm thick MS flat on two sides of well cap fabricated complete all as specified and directed.

Development of Tube well by means of pumping by air compressor of minimum pressure 10 Kg/cm, untill sand free and clean water is obtained at optimum yield complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge below :- (Yeild Testing)

S&F for Cl swing check NRV conforming to IS-5312, sutiable for 80 mm bore pipe consisting Cast iron Body, door as per IS 210, Bronze body ring as per IS 318, natural rubber door face, hinge pin SS ASTM A276 type 410, fasteners as per IS 1367, Natural rubber gasket, etc complete double end flanged and drilled, of Class PN-1.6 ( ISI marked) including all jointing materials such as rubber gasket insertion sheet nut ,bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of making column pipe fabricated out of 80 mm dia heavy grade GI pipe 3 metre long duly welded with MS flange on both sides ( MS Flanges thickness not less than 10 mm having 2 nos groove cuts to accommodate submersible cable , minimum 4 Nos holes drilled of suitable size) including fixing with suitable size of rubber gasket having thickness not less than 3 mm and jointing with and including suitable size of bolts & nuts and washers complete all required at work site.
