Clearing and Grubbing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shorting, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A Km 0/0-3/330

Advance patchwork for making up the undulation in the existing B.T. Surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2 36 and b with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central h plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site. spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen bo tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant req including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specifica using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
