12 - Construction of CC Road Work at Madhu ji Jat to Suresh Bheel House, Rolaheda, in UIT Area Chittorgarh

Earthwork in excavation for roadway in soil, including stacking / disposal of surplus Material exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification : clause 301 to 305). By Mannual Means

Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub- base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification : clause No. 401. Grading-III

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with all lift and lead.

Providing and Laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, as per drawing and MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 602, 112. using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments
