Round the clock operation & minor maintenance of the pumping station with sufficient staff strength at sewage pumping station (Serampore LS-2),Serampore under GAP-I, as per direction of EIC a) Total 4 nos semi skilled labour for 1 month i.e,4x1=4 man for 10 months.

For the period of Ten(10) Months.

For the period of Nineteen (19) working Days

Round the clock operation & minor maintenance for the additional 4 holidays of the sewage pumping station (Serampore LS-2),Serampore under GAP,PH-I, with this existing as per direction of EIC a) Total 4 nos semi skilled labour for 1 month i.e,4x1=4 man for 10 months.

For the period of Ten(10) Months.

For the period of 03(Three) holidays

Weekly checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of EIC. (Twice a week)

For the period of Ten(10) Months.

For the period of 22(Twenty two) Days

Weekly checking of all the electriical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of EIC.(Twice a week)

For the period of Ten(10) Months.

For the period of 22(Twenty two) Days

Supervision of all the staffs & look after the entire pump house to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechanical equipments and conveying the same to the EIC or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame.(Once a week)

For the period of Ten(10) Months.

For the period of 22(Twenty two) Days

Cleaning of the Pump house & the equipment including Supply of cosumables like soap, phenyl, duster, mop etc. (Once in a weeks)

For the period of Ten(10) Months.

Supply and delivery of Cotton Waste (White Fine Quality)

Supply and delivery of Cotton Impregnated with lubricant-Hydraulic Gland Packing (Style-376), Thickness- 13 to 25mm,Make- Champion

Supply & fixing of 230/240V, LED indicating lamp (make :AE/KAPPA/IMP) Blue/ white color

Supply & fixing of control switch of 25A, D.P., 415 V of ON/OFF of type (Make :Siemens/ABB/L&T/Schneider).

Supply of Grease

Supply of Gear Oil as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supply of Mobil Oil

Supply fitting Fixing of ss ( ISI 304) bolts, nut & washer

i) dia 10 mm to 20 mm a) Length upto 75 mm

Supply & fixing 415V, HRC fuse (L&T make)- For 2-16 A

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)
