SITC of Stainless Steel 304 Grade with1.5mm Pre Fabricated Modular Operation Theatre. Steel sheet make-Jindal/Tata/Sail Wall Panel & Ceiling panel backed with 12mm thick. gypsum with proper supports.

Filling of Joints ,Cavity and imported Antuibacterial paint. Make SKK/LIQUID PLASTIC/JOTUN Filling of all joints & cavities with epoxy filler, sanded flush for seamless finish with one primer and three coats of antibacterial & antifungal paint . That is equivalent to a dry film thickness of 300 microns .

SITC of Hermatically Sealed automatic sliding door.(Patient entry) /Metalex,Altos,Rebbon Automatically Operated hermatically sealed Sliding Doors 1500mm x 2100mm (WXH) with glass vision window of 300mm x 300mm (WXH) along with all accessories.

The holding structure & top plenum are made up of Aluminium Sheet with a thickness of 1.6mm. It should be sealed with gasket conforming to DIN 4799 standards for the air distribution system. 2 layer diffuser with monofilament precision woven polyester of uniform porosity with an open area of sufficient resistance to create laminar from diffusers face and inetgral lighting provides an illumination level in excess of 15000 Lux in operating area and 10000 Lux other with flickerless digitally controlled stepless dimming down to 5%.

SITC of Medical Gas pipeline inside Operation Theatre. Make: Maxflow/Rajco/Mandev tube/Mehta tube Medical Gas pipeline system inside OT for Medical gases including all fittings and fixtures.

SITC of Electrical wiring. Make: Sri Anand/Sigma Medictech/AKTIV/Altos Electrical wiring within the OT Area, conduit pipes and electrical switch & Socket with Electrical Distribution board for Operating room with MCB's and Relay cards.

SITC of Peripheral lights. Make: Philips/Bajaj/Havells Recess mounted IP 54 protocol, non-hygroscopic Peripheral Lights for clean room application. Each light set having 2nos of 36 watt flouracent lamps or Equivalent LED with digitaly controlled dimmable ballast.

SITC of Scrub 3 - bay. Make. Sri Anand/Sigma Meditech/AKTIV/Altos 3-Bay Scrub station made up of Stainless steel grade 304 with all accessories inclusive of photo sensors with timer, thermostatic mixing valve & bypass system, with foot switch.

SITC of Dirty Hatch box. Make/Sri Anand/Sigma Meditech/AKTIV/Altos 2 door dirty hatch box made up of Stainless steel grade 304. One door will be opened at one time , indicator on both sides.The hatch will be designed in such a way that only one door will be opened at one time. The UV light will glow when both the doors are in closed position.

SITC of Ceiling mounted Operating room light. Ceiling Mounted dual dome LED OT Light with color temperature 4300k and illumination of 100000 lux (small dome) and 140000 lux (large dome) CRI> CE European and USFDA Certified.

SITC of Pendants. Make Aktiv/Sigma Meditech/Digiline/Altos Pendent with weight carrying capacity of 100Kg. The pendant should have electrical sockets, one monitor shelf and gas outlets for medical gas supply.

SITC of Pressure relief damper. Pressure Relief Damper. Made up of 304 graded stainless steel blades with all accessories.

SITC of Storage Cabinet:- Equipment Storage Unit is to be provided in operating theatre of dimension approved in the user. Approximate size of the unit should be 860(W) x1660(H) x350(D) mm and it should be flush mounted into the theatre wall with a sterile jointing system.

SITC of Anti - static flooring. Make LG/Grefloor/Tarkete/Lobo 2mm thick Anti static, conductive dissipative flooring tile laid on a semi conductive adhesive base resistant to mechanical stress and dynamic load and washable.
