Excavation of soil with Dozer with lead upto 1000 meters (Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means i/c cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 meters i/c trimming bottom and sides slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections)

Construction of Subgrade an Earthen Shoulders (i) Construction of Subgrade an Earthen shoulders with Material obtained from Borrow pits (Construction of Subgrade and Earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No.300-2)

D) Granular Base/Sub-Base with naturally occuring Sand Gravel material Providing laying and compacting Granular Base/Sub base according to lines, grades and cross sections by using naturally occurred Sand Gravel/confrming to IRC- Grd - II of MOST Specification free from organic or other deleterious constituent spread with motor grader and compacted by rolling with power roller of 8-10 capacity in layers not exceeding 150mm (spread thickness) i/c rolling of the road surface to proper level and grades 30 cm width edging on both sides etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening, binding materials to fill up the interstices of Coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. i) Grading - I

A) Prime Coat on WMM/WBM (i) P&A primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base i/c clearing of road surface and sprayung primer @ 0.7 kg/sqm using mechanical means

P&A tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface clean with mechanical brooms

Open graded premix surfacing (Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thckness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades)
