S/R to Sahaspur to Chitakhali for the year 2025-26

Earth work in hard soil in road with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum size of 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 M (1’-0”) in depth with all labour, Cess and T&P etc. complete including Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges charges required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges , of all materials and cost of alllabour & T&P as required for the item of work including Cess etc complete as per specification & direction ofEngineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of M-15 of controlled qualityhaving a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using hard crusher broken granite materials of 40mm size and down graded consistence with strengthof approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyanceroyalitteisand of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Sub Structure

Providing weep holes in abutments and wing walls using 10 CM dia AC pipes including metal spall backing in rear side etccomplete including centering and shuttering if required, with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P, Cess, required for the work and as per direction of EIC.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of treescut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtrs including removal& disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, T&P, Cess, articles required for the work etc complete and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow ptis with all lead and lifts transporting to site by machanical means within a lead of 5Kms spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MOSRT & H specification including Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges charges and cost of all materials labour charges,machineries, T&P Cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of E.I.C

Providing & laying 75mm compacted thickness of WBM specification with following size of IRC graded metal of approved quality from approved quarry and spreading on the road surface uniformly metal to specified thickness and hand packing the voids with small stones to proper camber and grade conveying moorum from stacks stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard including labour charges of moorum spreading over the metal surface filling the interstices of metal and consolidation with three wheeled steel Roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stage of proper grade & camber & turfedging including hire and running charges of Roller and all other machineries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & of all materials required for the work with Cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granlar base including clearing of road surface and spraying @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat over the prepared surface of penetration grade of bitumen (60/70) after scrapping clearing the road surface with cost conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges T&P of bitumen & other all materials including hiire and running charges of Tar boiler and labour charges as required for the item of work etc complete including Cess as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Over Granular base)

Over BT Surface

Providing and laying surface dressing including labour for scrapping cleaning the road surface, heating, pouring and spraying tor or maxphalt , spreading chips and rolling with PRR etc. including hire and running charges of PRR cost of brushes etc. with all labour and T&P including cost and conveyance ofmaxphalt using maxphalt(80/100) @ 12.00 Kg and hard granite crusherbroken chips of 19mm size @ 0.15 cum per 10 Sqm surface etc. for finished itemsincluding cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials with Cess etc. complete. as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site,layingwith a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost,conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,including cost of all labour,T&P and Cess required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-In-Char

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 Meters including all labour T&P,Cess, articles required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
