M&L for 20mm dia stainless steel (grade SS-304) curtain rod, medium weight with SS brackets and fancy type decorative SS knobs of approved make and pattern at ends as per site requirement including taking down old existing PVC curtain pipes with accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of brackets and knobs is deemed to be including in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S & F in repair 150mm, ordinary rat tail pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete and fixing on stone or concrete chowkat with flat iron 40x3 mm size 75mm cm long with necessary bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for joint free coloured non skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 450X 350X 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of granite stones slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones,roof slab templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete

Dismantling wall and ceiling board or insulation board etc, any thickness including snap grid frame, cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Snap grid false ceiling system with roll-formed made out of hot-dip galvanised iron steel grid comprising of 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white, main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanised steel sheet and size 24 x 32mm and spaced at 1200mm center to center fixed to structural soffits by approved hangers of GI wire 4mm dia 1200mm center to centre using approved rawl plug, fasteners and screws. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fixing of 120mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to center, size 600x 600mm modules, cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm module to be formed by fixing 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 x 19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.

S&F of mineral fibre ceiling board 600x600 x12mm thick fixed to ceiling in aluminium or GI snap grid frame work as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in chajjas, downward facia, roof projection and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Use & waste of form work for flat fair finish to chullah hoods, chajjas, downward facia, parapet, roof projection troughs, facia and similar items including edges.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete, APP membrane etc of any description upto mother slab, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- In-Charge.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof surface by applying with a coat of cold aplied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS-33894 and laying APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm), laid on primed surface by torch application. Side over laps shall be 75mm and the end lap shall be 100mm and all over laps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60cm and then inserted inside the parapet by making groove. This shall be finished by a membrane flashing including two coat aluminuium paint over APP membrane as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only

S & F in repair 40 mm bore GI tubing "light grade" with all fittings, fixed to wall/ pole with suitable size MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer etc or laid under road crossing etc as reqd for protection of cable incl painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of MS clamp, nut bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the quoted rates.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI wire upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as specified ans shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion complete. (Note - GI lead wire size 4.0mm upto 7.5 m included in the item).
