M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 nominal mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in chajjas beams lintels cantilever fair finish using necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work paid separately.

M&L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas trough, beam and similar item including edges for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement of cement mortar plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on any fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finshed even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
