Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate sheet of 3 mm in Roofing including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items) With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :250x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately and as directed by the Engineer in -charge Size of Tile 500x500 mm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing roofing of Polyurethane Foam Sandwiched between Pre painted 0.5mm(Zero Point Five mm) thick Galvanised Steel Sheets with panel thickness of 30/70mm(Thirty/Seventy mm) max upto Rib Tapered Trapezoidal Profiled roof to prevent the structure from rain water with in built features likes Boxes edges, which prevent the rain water from free falling and helps drive the panel type will come with desity of 40+-2Kg/cum(Fourty+-Two kg) and blowing agent as Cyclopentane. Fixing of 'L' and 'U' shaped pre painted Flashing of size (35x35mm)(Thirty five x Thirty Five mm),(35x35mm),(Thirty five x Thirty Five mm) as and if required for covering each and every corner complete with riveting done with pneumatic reveting machine, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level . 1:3:6(1Cement:3corase sand:6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
