Repair/maint of LT overhead lines (from No 1 Pump House to Eqtn Team and Ashiyana Officers md accn) incl replacement of insulators, rusted angles, poles and connected works at ARTCS, Shokhuvi (Nagaland)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables/pipes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness shall be measured only.

Supply and laying dry well burnt locally available brick sub class 'B' modular bricks laid flat with width equal to the length of whole bricks over cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 40 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

S & F for 50 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

S & F for 80 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

Supplying ,laying, commissioning, jointing & testing 25 Sqmm , 4 core XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including taking down existing cable complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Havell, Nicco, Kalinga premium, Universal Note: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning & Bricks shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BoQ.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galavanised earth lead strip 25mm x 4 mm (7.5m) as means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer besides brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work, GI pipe (ISImark) light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4 , type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade(ISI marked) for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point including testing & taking down of old/ ineffective earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode)

Supply and fix Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead GI strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Change over switch 100 Amp, 4 pole, on load switch without fuse in open execution type, panel mounted complete. Make:-Havells/Indoasian or equivalent as approved by Accepting officer.
