Dismantling old u/s Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Supply and fixing in repair modular Lay-In Grid ceiling system which includes fixing of E grid frame work Comprising of pre coated wall angle of size 24x24x3000mm and 0.35mm thick screw fixed to the periphery of the walls/Partions at the desired ceiling height with PVC dash fasteners (nylon sleeves) and steel screws at 300mm c/c.GI main Tee runners with pre coated steel capping of size 24x38x3600mm and 0.25mm thick snail then be suspended from the soffit/purlins with 4mm dia hanger GI wire ,soffit cleats of size 27x35x25mm and 1.6mm thick and 6x4mm Metal Anchor,fasteners (Rawl plugs) at 1200mm c/c.Grid module size of 600x1200mm shall be inially achieved by insert fixing Tee of size 24x25x1200mm and 0.25mm thick into the main runner @600mm centers using the snap bayonet fixing mechanism.Finally the desired 600x600mm grid mould shall be achieved by insert fixing 600mm cross.Tee of size 24x25x600mm and 0.25mm thick into the 1200mm cross Tee @600mm centre and in diretion perpendicular to it 6mm pre painted Antimicrobial BIOCLEAN(Make Everst) ceiling tiles of size 595mmx595mm(Confirming to IS 14862:2000 type B Category III (Density 1340Kg/m3,MOR at EMC 10Mpa and MOR in wet condition 7Mpa,Fire tested in accordance to ASTM E84-18B and as non combustible as per BS 476 part4, Fire propogation index of 1=0.8 as per BS 476 part6 and surface frame of class 1 rating as per BS 476 part 7 with no found fungal growth as per latest method AATCC 30 part3,Light reflectance 93% as per ISO 1950:2003 EN 12898:2019&EN 673:2011)shall be palced over the grit complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick works or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions and,arches,pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' brick(using old size burn bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) as in ceiling finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement including mixing of WPC Compound as per manufactures instructions (WPC to be measured and paid seperatly as supply only).

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:6) finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
