Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces n exc 50mm deep and area exc 400 sqm and removing the materials from site complete all directed

Scarifying or picking up graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm including separating and stacking serviceable material upto a distance not exc 50 m . Complete all as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as directed.

M&L for WBM 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) , of type lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite spread, rolled and consolidated to required level, camber and gradient complete all as directed.

Preparing surfaces of newly WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc and applying priming /tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, seeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirts etc. and applying a tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 with binder content 4% by weight of total mix laid by mechanical paver, rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as directed

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chippings mixed with 5.5% of binder contents paving bitumen (VG-30 viscosity grade mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as directed.

M&L for road marking lines, dashes, arrow, letter etc not exceeding 10 cm wide with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces. The thermoplastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector rising beads in equal percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paints within temperature limits as specified by the manufacturer making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc conforming to specification complete all as directed.

M&L for marking strips, straight line, Zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces. The thermoplastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector rising beads in equal percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paints within temperature limits as specified by the manufacturer making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc conforming to specification complete all as directed.

Demoiltion of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick , (below or above ground level) complete all as directed

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Demolition of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors,apron complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block coping benching complete all as directed.d.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as and directed

M & L for sand filling under paver including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern confirming to IS 15658-2006 as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern over sand cushion and laid over sub base finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern confirming to IS 15658-2006 as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern over sand cushion and laid over compacted earth finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed.

All as per item No 19 here in before but except paver block. Note: Paver retrieve from item no 13 shall be used

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern confirming to IS 15658-2006 as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern over sand cushion and laid over compacted earth, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed. .

All as per item No 21 here in before but except paver block. Note: Paver retrieve from item no 13 shall be used

Removing material exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.
