Taking down old unserviceable High bay, Mid Bay, Flame Proof light fittings from walls/Builings/Sheds/Ceiling height up to 10 Meter for repairs and replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and refixing the same in existing position including testing of fittings after repair, testing of connected wiring complete all as directed by Engineer in charge . Note :- (a) T & P, Ladder for any height etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The representative of the contrcator shall report to Engineer-in-charge/JE and carry out repairs on daily basis during the contrcat period and the defect shall be rectified on the same day (iii) A penal recovery of Rs 500 Per Day Per Complaint for not attening the compalint will be recovered

Supply & fix in repairs LED Highbay light fittings 150 watts, Energy saving, environment friendly & robust open type vertical Highbay LED IP 66 luminaire including driver and required GI tube down road of length up to 2 meter with hoooks for hanging the fitting. The fitting including fixing arrangements and taking down old rusted bracket fittings complete etc. Make :-Crompton / Havells /Bajaj. Note : Fittings shall will be installed in Hangers/Sheds, height up to 10 Meters only and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for checking of panels, DB's, Junction Box, including cleaning with blower, clamping of lugs as per existing size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.Technician will Carry scheduled preventative maintenance checks as per details to be given by Site Executive.
