Construction of Prefabricated Boiler House for housing of Hot Water Generators and allied machinery of central Heating System at SDH Tangdar Kupwara.

Construction of Prefabricated Plant room (40'×25') for housing of Hot Water Generators & Construction of RCC Foundation along with truss for Servo Stabilizer and other allied items at Sub-District Hospital Tangdar.Earthwork bulk excavation (wxdxl)=(2.5'×2'×120') by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas and disposal of excavated earth lead as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Laying of stone soling (2.5'×0.5'×120') being properly handpicked, consolidating, levelling, and all leads of carriages up to site of work.

Placing in position the cement concrete for (2.5'×0.33'×120') of specified grade of mix in M-15 [1:2:4 mix] with nominal size of stone aggregate 20 mm thick crushed excluding cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in M-20 Mix (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for plinth of boiler house having following dimension:• Base Footing (2.5'×1'-2"×120')• Plinth Over Ground (2'×2'×120')Further this job includes curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work TMT bars of grade Fe-500D and diameter 12 mm, 10 mm and 08 mm both ways @ 60 kg/cum.

Centering and shuttering with strutting, propping etc. for measurement (3.17 × 130' × 2 No.) and removal of form work of size 0.01 m to 0.2 m for RCC Plinth Work.

Laying of stone soling to inner plinth area (72 Sqm), Height = 0.6 m, being properly handpicked, consolidating, levelling, and all leads of carriages up to site of work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in M-20 Mix (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Inside Area = 93 Sqm, H = 4") of boiler house having dimensions including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Fabrication/fixing of 25 Nos. vertical MS Column posts, duly welded with top press plate and bottom base plate having dimensions (8" × 8") × 10 mm out of Hollow Square Tube (100 mm × 100 mm × 6 mm) for fixing of puff foam panel boards of boiler house and supporting truss work. Length of each vertical column MS post = 12', height to be maintained above floor level = 12'. These MS posts shall be fastened by Bolts (04 Nos. each) which are grouted in the plinth/floor up to depth of 8 inches. The job includes applying one coat of good quality metallic primer to the whole fabricated job.

Providing/fixing of Horizontal Rectangular Hollow Tube Pipe (100 mm × 50 mm × 4 mm) for fixing of puff foam panel boards of boiler house. The square hollow tube pipes are to be fixed in horizontal positions at top, middle and bottom to each already placed vertical MS column post except entrance places. Job includes providing additional cross members in inclined positions for proper gripping between MS column posts. All fabrication work shall be executed by welding using superior class welding electrodes in two runs of arc weld at joints and thereafter applying one coat of good quality metallic primer to the whole fabricated steel work.
