Excavation in trenches in Hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5 deep and getting out for laying of pipe all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Soft disintegrated rock not exc 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5 deep and getting out for laying of pipe all as specified and directed.

Returning filling trenches with excavated material including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm all as specified

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point

Taking down old unserviceable cast iron water mains (including all fittings),with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the size 300 mm dia complete.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing Centrifugally Cast (Spun) DI pressure pipe 300mm dia bore ISI marked to IS 8329/2000 (Reffirmed-2005 , Edition 4.1) with socket spigot ends, suitable for "Push on joints (Tyton Joint)" in each standard working lengths supplied with a rubber gasket duly "ISI Marked" for water supply, Class K-9 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside and metallic zinc coating with finishing layers of bituminous paint on outside the pipe without Polyethylene sleeves but including "Push on-joint" supplied with ISI marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS: 5382/1985 (reaffirmed 2003) laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing of ductile iron pipe fitting (Specials) heavy duty for any type (Flanged socketed) pipe such as bends (Any type of radius and angle) tappers any type of radius bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc, Tee pieces, ring branch, Y junction double branch, cross (all socket or all socket and spigot) collers, caps and plugs adaptors etc any size radius and length confirming to IS 9523/2000 specified with external bituminous coating and internal cement mortar for lining and metallic zinc coating upto 300 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable CI Sluice Valve of size 300 mm dia and Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning double flanged type CI Sluice Valve of size 300 mm dia with hand wheel & suitable for pressure rating of PN 1.6 duly drilled holes for fixing of nuts & bolts, stem made of stainless steel ISI marked and confirming to IS 14846 including rubber gasket, Bolt, nuts with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable CI Sluice Valve of size 150 mm dia and Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning double flanged type CI Sluice Valve of size 150 mm dia with hand wheel & suitable for pressure rating of PN 1:6 duly drilled holes for fixing of nuts & bolts, stem made of stainless steel ISI marked and confirming to IS 14846 including rubber gasket, Bolt,nuts with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Taking down old unserviceable Air Release valve and Supply and fixing on the supply mains & testing of cast iron double chamber Air Release valve suitable for working pressure of 10 Kg/cm2 with 80 mm dia high pressure ball & orifice conforming to IS 14845 complete including flanged joint rubber gasket , Split type MS clamps not less than 5 mm thick as per site requirement, nuts, bolt & washers complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for boring of holes by trenchless technology using mahcine bore of suitable diameter for inserting RCC pipe 600mm dia bore at road crossing including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m for road/path crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge Note: PCC work/RCC pipe shall be measured & paid separately in respective item of this schedule.

M&L for water pipe route indicator duly engraved with PIPE LINE MES made out of precast RCC (1.1:5:3) type A1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of size 120 cm height, 15cmx15cm cross section at bottom tapered to cross section 10cmx10cm at top duly reinforced with 4 Nos 10 mm dia TMT main bars and 8mm dia TMT bar as in strips @ 150 mm c/c complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B 2 ( 1:2:4 ) (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in filling and making good distrubed surface complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and laying of Reinforced concrete pipes, 600 mm dia Class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 1.0m x 1.0m x 0.9m complete with MS angle iron frame work (angle iron size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm) and 3.15 mm thick MS black sheet top cover openable through hinges of suitable size confirming to Fe 410-o and Fe 310-o including welding cutting hinjes locking arringement complete necessary earth work, PCC, locking arrangement,rendering complete with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all iron surfaces all as specified and directed.
