Note :The unit rate quoted by the tenderer under Col No (13) of Sch `A’ (BOQ) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only, for all items of works shall be deemed to be including the cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work.

Attending complaints of non functional geysers of capacity 25/ 50 ltrs and repairing it without taking down by checking/ replacing heating elements, thermostats, PVC connections, indicating lamps, top or bottom covers, inner shells, base/siphon assembly, NRVs, wall fasteners, MCBs, plug tops etc. and making geyser serviceable , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Items such as PVC connections,heating elements, thermostats,plug tops ,top or bottom covers, indicating lamps, inner shells, base/siphon assembly, NRVs, wall fasteners, stop valve ,Bib taps etc. shall be measured and paid under respective items separately as Supply only.

Supply only of PVC Helical water connection heavy duty 450mm long suitable for 15mm bore with flare nut and washers for inlet (cold water) and outlet (hot water) connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only of heating element of capacity 2.00 kW (any type) ISI marked, suitable for geyser of capacity 25/ 50Ltr ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only thermostat, ISI marked, suitable for geyser of capacity 25/50Ltr of any type / make ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: RANCO/ DANFOSS/ HONEY WELL/ INDFOSS.

Supply only plug top 3 pin 15 Amp, 240 Volts, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Top Cover of geysers suitable for 25ltrs/50ltrs capacity,complete with screw washers etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Bottom Cover of geysers suitable for 25ltrs/50ltrs capacity,complete with screw washers etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Indicator Lamps with different colour lamps(red, yellow, green) suitable for geyser of capacity 25ltr/50ltr of any type/make, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: L&T/ ALSTOM/ RAAS/ CONCORD/ VAISHNO/ SIEMENS.

Supply only New Stainless Steel inner shell for water heater of capacity 25 litre as per existing model, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: DITZ/ RECOLD/ GILCO.

Supply only New Stainless Steel inner shell for water heater of capacity 50 litre as per existing model , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: DITZ/ RECOLD/ GILCO. Note for Srl item No. 10 & 11: Test Certificate of inner shall be produced from Manufacturers.

Supply only of base assembly/ siphon assembly copper chromium plated suitable for geyser of 25 Ltr capacity of any make and type complete with jointing materials like rubber sheet, nut & bolts , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only of base assembly/ siphon assembly copper chromium plated suitable for geyser of 50 Ltr capacity of any make and type complete with jointing materials like rubber sheet, nut & bolts , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only MS wall fastener, 100mm long, 10mm dia, ISI marked for geyser fixing with washers, nuts, bolts, locking pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppl only Stop Valves, cast copper alloy, outside thread, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe of Bore dia 15mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppl only Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipeor for brass ferrule of Bore dia 15mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, ,240 Volts ,10 KA 'C' curve type fixed as in replacment ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint of colour approved by GE after preparation/ Making of old surface suitable for painting of geyser of any size/make/model, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending the complaints of non functional ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceiling/ exhaust fan without taking down by checking/ replacing of fan capacitor, hanging accessories and connection of wires etc. and making fan serviceable ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:-(a) Replacement of items such as fan capacitor, U clamp, down rod, PVC canopy , flexible cable multi stranded 2 core, ball bearing and louvers etc. shall be measured and paid under respective items below separately as Supply only. (b) Repairing up to two fans at a time in one quarter will be CONSIDERED AS ONE COMPLAINT and more than two fans at a time, two complaints/ visit shall be considered for same quarter.

Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep with down rod from ceiling hook at any locations and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing/ oiling of bush and ball bearings, replacement of missing/ worn out nuts, bolts, washers, split pin etc. and testing after reassembling and refixing back on the same location and connecting ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Capacitor 3.15 mfd for ceiling fans of any make/ model/ sweep , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only U-Clamp of ceiling fan suitable for any Sweep/Make/Model, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Down Rod and making holes for fixing the nut bolt for 1200/1400 mm ceiling fan as per original pattern, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC canopy of appropriate size suitable for existing/new down rod, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Usha/ Khaitan/ Orient/ Polar

Supply only PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cable, served with copper conductor of working voltage 1100 Volt grade conforming to IS 694-1990, cross sectional area 0.75 Sqmm x 2 core for fixing to ceiling rose to fan any shape of size with saddles including making connections ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Ball Bearing No 6201/ 6202 suitable for 1200/ 1400mm sweep ceiling fan and exhaust fan of 300mm sweep of any model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint of colour approved by GE after preparation/ Making of old surface suitable for painting of ceiling fan af any sweep/make/model, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down exhaust fan of 300mm sweep from the existing location dismantling from frame and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing, lubricating, replacement of missing/ worn out nuts, bolts, washers, split pins etc. and testing, including reassembly and refixing back on the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only louvers suitable for exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep for the same make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal enclosure ,Single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one Single pole MCB 240V 20 Amp, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring /Circuit with two single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cables with stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories including one single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dully wiring and metal part/ Main switch ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 2 run of 4.0 Sqmm ,1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 4.0 Sqmm cable will be measured as single run. (ii) Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and paid separetly the rate quoted by contractor per unit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.
