Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes and reconnecting and re-fixing in position of tank capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity PVC water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed. (Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch n.exc 3.0 m in length and in every turning/ corners.)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete wall / ceiling surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc., in patches not exc 5.00 sqm. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls in patches in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick using CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces in patches finished the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls etc 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 incl water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction & finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. note : WPC WILL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPERATELY

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying plaster of Paris putty of 1 mm thickness over newly plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's specification.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : APEX of Asian or equivalent of Shalimar / Nerolac/ Berger.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in copings, kerbs, channels, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment any type and demolition of cement concrete padding at roof slab n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 40mm thick average thickness as roof padding type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even over concrete surface on roof top, and finished even and smooth with 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 200 ml per bag, when the concrete is green all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified and as directed. ( Note: Water proofing compound will be paid under measured separately)

Cleaning and preparation of newly plastered roof surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed. (b) Applying 2nd course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per manufactures instructions. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (e) Applying 5th course of a one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing cement or lime plaster along with the existing water proofing treatment on walls and applying 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 mixed with liquid Water Proofing Compound @ 200 ml per bag, cleaning and preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, any thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.
