Clean removal of cement plaster from walls including all labour charges for removing and disposing off all the removed materials.

Dismantling Pressed tiles and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply of NP 3 class pipes supplied by the Contractor at his own cost specified below confirming to IS 458 / 2003 cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading and unloading transport and delivery in good condition at work site as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification 2900 & 900.

Hoisting and fixing of NP 3 class pipes and collars proper gradient including all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification 2904,2905,2906.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M.SAND in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in Cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement and Three sand ) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2 cm of approved quality in cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick with water proofing compound confirming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar is mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. White washing two coat with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply, laying jointing PVC pipes of 110mm dia approved quality and best variety confirming to ISS and with ISI mark of the following sizes .including cutting threading and fixing PVC /GI specials but excluding the cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs , clamps screws and making holes on the walls,floors and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing changing damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and changing the damaged barring and changing the damaged shaft etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repair and replacing the wornout parts of rolling shutter such as replacing damaged spring 1’3” replacing damaged leaf, removing the old damaged wheel pully with new one and new locking arrangements where ever necessary so as to functioning the rolling shutters properly.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
