Mahulapada - Kurumtanger road

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtrs .

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3

Loosening,levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankement to faciliate placement of first layer of embankement,scarified to a depth of 150 mm,mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause-305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th. Revision)

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III /Sand material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm]

Providing, laying, Bituminus Macadam (BM) with hot mix plant using crushed aggrgate of specified grading premixed with bituminus binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transported to site , laid over a previousely prepared surface with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & Alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & Tendum roller to achive the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.
