Smart Periodical service and other connected works in certain OTM Accn in the area of AGE B/R-I under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall(external/internal) and ceiling finished using mechanical dry wall sander machine (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500,sanding pad of 320 grit or above to completely remove old existing treatment for wall and ceiling surface and ready to take new surface finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)

M&L for applying waterproof cement based putty @0.8 kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. Of average thickness 1-1.5mm in one coats on prepared wall(external/internal) and ceiling surfaces as per sr item No 1.00 above in the following steps:- (i) Filling cracks in wall using crack seal compound Asian smart care crack seal or equivalent. (ii) Mix the putty powder @ 0.8 kg/sqm by adding 35to40% water by volume or as per approved manufacturer's instruction and mix it with electric putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute upto 5to10 minutes. (iii) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spary machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI with bottom to top configuration and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the putty surface. (iv) Apply the second coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI with horizontal configuration. (v) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry putty surface then prepare the surface by electronic wall sander machine to apply subsequent coats of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Primer shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade/interior grade primer @0.9ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI on prepared and wall (external) surfaces as per srl item no.3.0 above.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint @1.8 ltrs/10sqm(undiluted) or as per approved manufacturer's instruction over prepared and primed surface of external wall as per srl item No. 4.0 above.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Apex Ultima Protex Asian paints/Nerolac excel top guard/Berger weather coat long life 10 prepared by item No 2 complete all as specified and directed. Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces by wire brushing to remove loose layer on walls surface (minor repairs and filling depressions/chipping with wall care putty, where ever required) applying one coat of anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint @1.8 ltrs/10sqm(undiluted) or as per approved manufacturer's instruction over prepared surface of external wall . Make:-Apex Ultima Protex Asian paints/Nerolac excel top guard/Berger weather coat long life complete all as specified and directed. Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)

M&L for 1 mm thick wall care putty to entire surface to bring uniform surafce on internal wall surface prepared by item No 2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint using spray machine/roller brushes prepared by item No 7 including cleaning of OBD stains on floor/window/joinery's complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, minor repairs and filling depressions/chipping with wall care putty( where ever required) and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper including cleaning of OBD stains on floor /window/joinery's surfaces complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces by wire brushing to remove loose layer on walls surface (minor repairs and filling depressions/chipping with wall care putty where ever required) and applying two coat of cement base paint including one coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of previously treated /old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brick /stone walling built in cement mortor including all quoins ,coping etc and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed..

M&L brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specificed and directed.

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in Ready Mix Mortar on brick work, parapet, wall, roof beam floor beam and coloumn etc on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth, work including taking down cement plaster any description from wall surface and removing rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed and necessary scafolding. M & L Rendering 10mm thick in Ready Mix Mortar on concrete surfaces of Ceiling and finished even and smooth as a whole or in patch work including taking down cement plaster any description from ceiling surface and removing rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on new brick work surface or concrete surfaces other than fair face finished even and fair complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted ,complete all as specified and directed . Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying three coats of white lime wash, complete all as specified and directed . Note :( height of building up to 4 Storey)

M&L for de-rooting and clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shurbs, undergrowth, roots and trees etc by picking or cutting of wall around or by taking down cement plaster and making good with PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) and plastering with 15 mm thick with water proofing compound in CM 1:4 @ 0.125gm/50Kg of cement and to match with existing and neighboring surface treated with herbicide as per mnufcturer's instrution including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/taking out process including necessay scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15 m from the ground level complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for writing letters or figures (blcok roman, italic or indian) n exc 30 cm high including back side preparation for painting/writing letter complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cleaning and degermination inside the RCC/PVC water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 450 ltr n. exceeding 1000 ltr of any description and in any position comprising the following seven stage cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 and ultra violet rays complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 1st stage: Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge.(b) 2nd Stage: Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, (a laboratory tested branded chemical) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.(c) 3rd stage: Cleaning with fresh water by high speed jet pump with pressure of 5 PSI.(d) 4th stage Sterilization by using TERBAC G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, (a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound) for first bateria screening.(e) 5th stage: Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner.(f) 6th stage: Sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria for 2nd bacteria screening.(g) 7th Stage: Cleaning and sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agend TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 for third bacteria screening. Note:- (i) Test certificate of TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 etc from Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the Dept before using for Sterilization. (ii) Cleaning of tank shall only be carried by the authorised service provider of the material used. Necessary approval shall be obtained from GE before cleaning of the tanks. (iii) After cleaning of the tank necessary completion certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tank shall be issued by the service provider and a sticker shall be fixed on the tank duly mentioning the date of cleaning and name of site etc)
