Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (b) Cement mortar

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (ii) Two coats (white in shade)

Dismantling of damaged embeded part like guide channel bottom seal beam/top runner of gates of distributories/branch canal/minor canal/channel from civil structure as directed by the Engineer-incharge. The cost of man power employed for dismantling and hire charges of Tools and Plants, scaffolding charges etc. Payment will be made on actual length of Guide Channel replaced.

Fabrication , supply, erection and commissioning of embeded parts consisting of seal beam, Guide channel with all accessories for vertical gate of distributories/branch canal/minor canal/channel made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer in charge. The Cost includes cost of Materials, hire charges of Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

Supply of bearings Bearing no.51111 (SKF)(Thrust bearing)

Supplying, fitting & fixing cast iron Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of screw rod having square thread of 1.5/2 T.P.I, Material bright steel [EN‐8/EN9/forged Cl‐4 (45C8) as per IS :1875 1992/latest Revision]. dia and thread length as required and providing with a drilled hole of required dia on the other end after flattened and supplying with one no. bolt and nut of required size and all other components as required as per direction of Engineer‐In ‐ Charge. The cost includes cost of material, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles, grease, mobil etc including carriage loading & unloading as per direction of Engineer in charge. Above 3m upto length 3 metre.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Ordinary soil / local soil / soil mixed with moorum or kankar / silt, dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg)

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excludingthe cost of any types of filling materials).NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Distributories /BranchCanal /Minor Canal/Channel as per IS: 5620 - 2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizantal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle , channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer in charge. The Cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

Supplying, fitting & fixing of C.I wheel in the screw hoisting system for lifting or lowering the draw shutter.The wheel consisting of suitable size hub to accomodate any size of G.M/C.I nut, rim dia 32mm and four nos arm made of minor dia 30mm. & major dia 36mm rod complete or as per approved drawing & direction of the Engineer‐in‐charge.The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, consumables like cutting tools, welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like lathe machine, grinding machine, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.
